Impossible even to get inside the store, no lift nor ramp for wheelchair users. Not accessible for disable, mother's with prams. Only a huge set of stairs and no staff to give a hand. Tried 2 this week and feed up waiting someone from the shop to norict me. Worst costumer service ever. Not thinking about their clients.

It was recently turned to a poundstore then back to £stretcher again. Appalling customer service - ESPECIALLY from the tall, black young man- so RUDE. No hello and didn't even tell me the total price of the shopping at the till.. I had to look myself at the till. Not a single word from him. Zombie!
Previous staff were mostly bad at customer service .. such as the chubby light skin lady with headscarf -she always had a mean face on and wouldnt help or bother bagging up item/s for customers and dumps bags at you lol - SHE WASALWAYS GLUED TO THE TILL . queue can get massive and not many till operators. Staff ain't that helpful.
