I spent a small fortune buying towels from them because I knew the towels were of exceptional quality. Upon purchase the colour had not caught in the towels and when I contacted the company about this, with photos, they stated that the towels had been in touch with a bleeching agent. Not in my house they hadn't. It is clearly where the dye had not taken in the towels correctly. Now I have patchy towels and it is more than one. They are not interested at all even after several emails back and forth. Nice quality towels rubbished by poor quality dye. I will never purchase again from this company.
