Great Shop. Coffee was a bit weird but then again I ordered a Vanilla Latte out of a machine so I didn't expect a golden quality. Contrary to one other review I saw the person behind the counter was really nice and was smiling throughout the sale, considering it was 5:30am that is a pretty nice thing. Sadly, I bought a dinosaur mug for £3 and then lost it, only to find out this shop is the only place that it sells. Honestly so sad. Please contact me and I will happily pay £5-10 for this national treasure

Very dispointed with the experience I had today. Normally I don't write reviews but todays experience was so disappointing that I had to write this straight outside WHSmith. I wanted some cold still water and went to WHSmith. I was stopped right outside WHSmith by rude person asking me "What do you" (in very inappropriate no greetings nothing). I was shoked for this sudden stop im my face. It took me few second to understand the situation. I looked inside store and look back to the guy. The store was empty and this guy just standing infront of me stopping me to go inside and asking me what I need? First I though probably some random drunk so try to skip him without starting any conversation, then I noticed he is wearing WHSmith dark blue jacket. This moment I feel so low and very unwelcoming in to WHSmith. I decided stand up and replied him why do you ask what I want? Probaly he wasn't prepared with my reply and hessitate for few second and said do you need topup? I said what topup? He replied mobile top-up bcz we don't do here. I was amazed by his response and the way he is considering dealing as customer service job. I replied I don't need any top-up and you don't have to stopping people outside your store what they want. He didn't replied back and stepback to let me in. I went for water and he came agsing saying tge water fridge is not working try starbucks, then a mild see you soon (as good by). I hope this review get noticed and I'm definatly writing this experience to WHSmith. No traveler deserve this type of experience during there service station stop and specially not by WHSmith. Surly WHSmith can do better.
