Wide range of products. On this trip I was asked to pick up a basket so they could count numbers in the stores and was directed to the hand wash station before shopping. I brought toothpaste, floss, mouthwash and deodorant and they had the brands and products I use

Clean, tidy, very organised and easy to find products.
Initially was a good review. Upon returning to the store to purchase paracetamol and a bottle of water I am told I am not allowed in unless I take a basket because I look like one of those sorts of people... (how thats possible when I'm wearing my work uniform I don't know). There was no suitable sanitiser available (hand gel is for hands not baskets) nor being able to verify they were sanitised, I refused to go no further. We are in a viral pandemic with a very transmissible strain and they want us to hold unsanitised baskets... A stupid rule and very disrespectful staff.

The only Savers store now in Reading now the Friar Street one has closed due to the building being knocked down.
One way system in operation makes things a little difficult when you have slow customers or children left to be out of control by their parents infront of you!!
Has a good range of toiletries but can be hot and miss on availability.

Always great big brads at amazing small prices! Is the go to shop for my personal use and house cleaning products. I have never got disappointed and hope they could open Savers everywhere as it has great deals to help with family economy no matter if is 1 or 10 members. It's ok but I think their prices are quite similar to going to Asda or Tesco to be honest so it's not that much cheaper plus the staff seem "off-ish" and abrupt so don't expect too much customer service if any... Good for getting tablets and washing goods though

Well went the Reading Reading center shop 17.28 thinking that the shop close at 17.30. The matured women not happy I was standing outside. She said very arrogantly the shop is closed 1700. Could have been more nice to people. Rubbish customer care!

Very disappointed. I was on town with my 9 kids and 8 of them needed the toilet. I told them that there would be a toilet in the shop across the street. There wasn't. We where looking around in the store and every kid I had peed themself next to the sunglasses isle. Very sorry.
