I've am very happy with the service at Alexander Greystone. The covid measures are very good. Wayne my dentist is very polite and professional and always remembers some thing about you to mention which makes you feel good. I am very nervous about treatment but he makes it very bearable

Under Roger and the team, especially Joel and Wayne my experience was great. My teeth cause me very little problem, and they are by no means perfect. However a ince the change of Management, I have found the costs rise steeply for treatments. I am being asked to make multiple visits to see both Hygenist and Dentist, whereas previously my dentist would treat me in one visit. My 20 mins with the dentist feels poor value for money, as you get a check and lots of advice but very little treatment.

As always, over many years Wayne Loubser has provided me with excellent and professional advice and first class treatment. However, this time I may have to turn to the NHS for removal of a bridge and replacing with a lower front denture, only in view of the huge costs involved. As pensioners on a fixed income, I cannot justify spending over £1000 on myself.

I’ve been coming to this dentist now for several years - he is far and away the best dentist I have ever seen and I thoroughly enjoy my visits. I’m always seen promptly and he always tells me straight up of any issues with my teeth. I felt safe and secure as well with all the Covid protocols in place. I would highly recommend.

My wife and I have been patients of Mr Loubser since he started at Greystones (10-15 years?) He has always been meticulous and gentle and strived to preserve our teeth for al long as possible. (I am over 80) He is always prepared to discuss alternatives and has never tried to push us into making snap decisions. We would never dream of voluntarily changing our dentist. Yesterday, I had 3 teeth extracted and he did it so carefully that I had no need of painkillers afterwards.

It’s so good to be back at Alexandra Dental Clinic, after a mistaken lapse elsewhere, and also because of Covid too long a wait for dental care by experts. It was a pleasure to meet Dr Tierney and to hear that my wife and I have been looking after our mouths and teeth reasonably well over the past year. Even the X-rays showed up satisfactorily (always a concern) so, all in all, we are very happy to be back!

It's a great dentist if you can find an easy way of getting them to let you in. I know that a door button would pass covid but there must be some way of getting someone to come to the door. Perhaps if you had a video camera that played back at the reception desk?

I was seen on the same morning I called them as an emergency patient,from the moment i called and was answered by the most friendliest loveliest receptionist i instantly felt at ease, i saw mr James and i can honestly say he is the best dentist I have ever had,he did a wonderful job and was sympathetic, kind and put me at ease and did the best job I could ever have hoped for, better than I expected and the hygiene and safety rules they are following made me feel very comfortable especially with the current covid problems, I highly recommend this practice I would also like to add I'm so happy with mr James and the practice I recommended my mother to change to this practice which she did and like me she is extremely pleased with the whole practice and mr James, he exceeded her expectations

Reception staff are extremely helpful and courteous. They have always gone above and beyond to accommodate our family appointments. The dental care we have received in the practice is second to none. In particular our hygienist, Joanne, who I cannot praise enough. Her dental advice and care have ensured that our family, including our children, have maintained and continue to maintain a high standard of dental hygiene. I wouldn't want to see anybody else!

Receptionists are friendly and remember your name, even if you rarely visit. Jo Corbett and Jo the hygienist plus all the dental nurses are amazing and I actually look forward to visiting just to see them. I recommend Jo to anyone with a fear of dentists as she will put you at ease from the start.
