We signed up for and paid Box to provide services in Sept 2019 when there was an expected 2 to 3 month install time. Some 19 months later there’s still no timeline on when we will be live, Box have been saying “we’re working on it, we’ll be in touch” for months, and now don’t respond at all to emails at all. Really wish we’d waited for another provider to build the network in our area.

Better than BT in this area but getting sick of bring fobbed off and ignored at the intermittant issues. Constantly being told they are aware of local issues and are planning to upgrade... still waiting for said upgrade...

I had arranged to have box broadband installed well over a year ago. Was told the service was installed on my road they were just waiting for a code for me to be connected, I have literally heard nothing from them since.

I've tried many times to get Box Broadband to get back to me to discuss installing their service at my home. They have NEVER phoned back despite repeated calls and emails and form filling on their website (over several months). If their sales team don't contact you to make a sale, what chance do you get with support? I just wish I could find out but alas I think I'll be forced to renew with a competitor for more money because they won't get back to me? Shame, the product looks good.

We've enjoyed an ultra-fast broadband connection from Box for over 2 years now. So much faster than anyone else, because they use their own fibre from the Internet backbone right into the home or business. Also so much more reliable because we no longer have to use the old metallic cable which is affected by rain and often broke when engineers worked in the cabinet.

Tried to sign up for 3 days in a row and yet no joy just being palmed of every time I ring! Being advised that I will receive a call back by the salesperson but nothing happens! Every time same story let me take your details and someone will be in touch if you don’t want the custom than say so! Very poor service at trying to sign up can only imagine what customer service is like! Sincerely yours Lost customer!

I signed a contract with Box 5 months ago for fibre in good faith. They have delivered NOTHING. I need to cancel the contract because another service who actually deliver is coming up our road. Customer service can't even be bothered to contact me back to cancel.

Box Broadband recently made high speed fibre broadband available in our Road in Cranleigh and this has now been installed at our property. This removes the current need to transmit in part over existing copper cables. The installation team completed this with minimal inconvenience during one morning. As soon as the service was live, Box Broadband requested a transfer of our telephone number, which we wished to retain, from the existing service provider and this was duly transferred. With guaranteed download and upload speeds (3 to choose from 100Mb/sec up to 1 Gb/sec) we no longer have to endure variable speeds, dropouts or a break in the service often due previously to cable/connection issues; this is much appreciated. A different speed can easily be selected and implemented remotely, if required, without interruption. A great improvement and recommended as this will also future proof this service for years to come.

We had our Box Broadband connection installed in October together with a VOIP phone system. Apart from a few teething issues with the phone system, which were quickly dealt with, the whole experience has been superb. The consistent speed and reliability of the internet connection has been exactly as promised and very impressive. The most amazing thing about the whole experience has been the quality of responsive customer service throughout. The installation engineer Robert also helped us specify and install new wi-fi connectivity throughout the house, which had been a significant problem to get right before he and Boxcom arrived on the scene - can't recommend them highly enough.
