Its inside the sainsburys superstore so its all wheelchair accessible has disabled toilet and baby change there's also a cafe. Lots of parking. Seldom cueing.

The staff are helpful & accomodating, that's what makes it nice & I'm sorry, I just answered quick questions & put that there isn't a restroom tho'as it's within Sainsbury's, there are rest rooms at the front of the store but a short walk from the Argos at the back

I get retail isn't for everyone but the service at this store is the worst I have ever experienced. Rude and condescending at best! Totally contradicted their own customer services department and thoroughly unhelpful. Terrible reflection of a brand which is suppose to be hassle free!

Worst Argos experience in this store thanks to Maria who in her infinite wisdom thought a black couple returning unused and unopened items with receipt and product cover looks dodgy. She claimed on my cover instead of using the guarantee because she deemed the transaction suspicious. Terrible customer service and such should not be tolerated. She has messed with the wrong person and won’t get away with it this time.

Shop assistant are not helpful and there face shows everything don't care what you want just get on with it as I need to do my jo. That's how I described them. Old Argos was better with customer care. Xx

I had the misfortune to encounter the most hostile, rude and unhelpful person in this store today. She point blank refused to refund an item even though it clearly said on the packaging you have 30 days to exchange/refund providing the seal wasn't broken and it wasnt. She responded by saying she did not care what the packaging said she was not going to refund as it was company policy so we should leave as she was not prepared to discuss it! I have never experienced such rude and terrible customer service. Turned out she was actually a manager named Becca. How someone with such an unhelpful rude demeanour ever became a manager I am at a loss to know. I eventually spoke to the Sainsbury store manager who couldnt understand why she would not refund. He went back office to speak to her. Becca never reappeared, but another Argos manager, Lisa, did. Becca had lied because when I had asked earlier for another manager she told me no other managers were in! In stark contrast Lisa was very helpful. She and the Sainsbury's store manager both apologised for Becca' s appalling behaviour and Lisa processed my refund without any further delay. Something that should have taken 5 minutes kept me in store over 1/2 an hour. I am reporting Becca to Argos head office as she clearly needs to learn how to treat customers. Hopefully she will have cause to reflect upon her awful behaviour today.
