John is an absolute star, he always gives excellent service, is kind, friendly, funny and I will not deal with any other member of O2 staff. I live in Reading and went through to Maidenhead to upgrade my phone because John now works in that store.

Really great service from the guys at O2 Maidenhead
I turned up at 4pm on Sunday to upgrade my iPhone. They set up everything for me despite my screen not working properly and spent the time to make sure I was 100% Happy. They even stayed an hour late after the shop had closed :) thank you

Manager walks around like he owns o2, being a long time customer for over 20 years the maidenhead branch seems like they've lost touch with their customers. I was kindly asked to move to maintain social distancing however if you check your own cctv before I was sat there there was a lady being served in the exact same place. I'm starting to question was it the way I looked or something. I felt profiled immediately. I will be looking to take this further. The time of the cctv that should be checked is between 230pm and 310pm on the date 27 July 2020. I was wearing a grey t shirt and red track suit bottoms on. My partner purchased the phone however we are now discussing going to another phone provider. I waited outside as I felt that's where the manager wanted me to wait.

Collected an upgrade from here last week and decided to put my partner on similar contract whilst in store. The guy who served me was friendly and very helpful. Both myself and the missus left the store very happy.

Was going to buy an iwatch 5 but there was no option to actually try it on . Store assistant wasn’t helpful and couldn’t open the ones on display and there wasn’t one for me to try on anywhere in the store . No solution and was told “sorry have a nice day” I guess I’ll take my business elsewhere . Shame... because I was going to pay for it in full.

If I could score 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting service from Tom at o2 today. I have never been spoken to in such a disgusting manor! He was VERY unhelpful - too busy leaning on the desk and laughing in my face than actually listening to my problem, which was to do with a new phone sent to me from o2. As a customer of six years of o2 I am shocked by how badly I have just been spoken to, new customers stay clear!! I certainly will not be renewing my contract at the end of this year with o2 as a result of his behavior today.

My contract was up for renewal, something I always find stressful purely due to not having a clue on how to then set up, save numbers, transphere data etc.
I was seen promptly by a very helpful member of staff in the maidenehead store who set me up with my new contract and then passed to Tom the 'Guru' who transphered everything from my old to new phone. I can't tell you how pleased I Was at this help as no way would I of been able to do this at home myself!
The whole process took about half an hour and I left with the phone ready to go.
