I am having to return to the dealer because the service indicator has not been updated.What else hasn't been done?Also a battery cover fixing is missing.The outside cleanliness of the car was also poor where the water had not been dried off.Not really what I expect from a main dealer.

Booked car for a service and MOT. Drop off was well organised, with screens on the Service Reception and at each service desk. Tape on the floor maintaining distance. Reported a problem with wheel bearing and this was handled quickly and rectified under warranty. Pick up was again well organised with and car and keys disinfected. Gary and Receptionist were excellent. Highly recommended.

DO NOT GO BRACKNELL LR. YOU WILL REGRET IT. THE WORST AFTER CARE. PITY absolutely disappointing service.. please repair your service given to customers before repairing cars, which again is very disappointing… we spend a lot of money on these cars, please respect them and their owners…

This is my first visit to the service department since purchasing my car earlier in the year.
Gary and the team did a fantastic job from initial booking, right through to collection.
The work was done on time, at the agreed price, no issues at all. Everything needed was clearly explained and undertaken as expected.
Thanks for the excellent service and will be back soon for the next service.

Don’t get your car mot done here
The first inspector identified £500 worth of work needed to pass which I agreed to. The works were done the following day. On re-inspection a different inspector identified a further £1500 of works required to pass. I was then told the car was legal to drive away. Won’t be going anywhere near there again. They should be wearing masks.
