The price is right and the staff do, I believe, genuinely work hard. But there was only one serving resulting in a really long wait and in the cold outside. Dread getting wrong item and having to go back through the system to change.

I ordered online, and when I got there they didn't have all the parts and they told me to come the next day after 11:00 am. I went and after queuing for an hour, they told me they didn't have the parts and to come next week. all this while on the site they say that the parts are in the store .

Long wait. When I was served, chap who assisted me was overly familiar, cracking jokes and unprofessional in his manner. I went to buy auto parts, not watch a stand up act. Staff need to be trained properly on how to deal with paying customers.

Every time I would arrive there would be a massive queue outside and there is only one person at the till, when the rest is standing outside smoking. Had to wait for nearly 30 min to be served. It ridiculous!

Social distancing signs and procedures set out clearly on front door, however, no one put them into action when members of public didn't stick to the no more than 4 in shop, and 2 meter distancing, there was only one member of staff on the front counter and I and others spent over 20 mins waiting to be served , when being served though the staff member was effcient and friendly

Euro parts Slough was a breath of fresh air after Euro Chertsey. It was quite a wait owing to the VIRUS but it was a Sunday after all. Anyway after I got served all was great I was served by someone who new the game and the part was served correctly. So many thanks to you all. They are doing their best right now, 4 customers in at a time, no browsing the shelves just ask and it's a shame some customers are still touching stuff and scratching their noses then handing cash over. Use contactless.
