Rocked up, asked them to check tyres. Diagnosis offered and then suggested new ones starting at the cheapest - which relaxed us and we go for slightly better ones. In and out in 20 mins. Well impressed. Would say I'd go again; but have been going for years as best service.and prices around here.

Booking online was easy and the staff were ready when I arrived 15 minutes earlier than my booked slot - as instructed by the Protyre website. The staff were polite and helpful and the job was finished at exactly the time they said it would be. Time will tell whether the tyres I purchased are any good, but I will happily use Bath wick again.

I was concerned about a minor issue with a couple of tyres and they performed a free check on all four. I was told the minor issues didn't pose an immediate problem and given a quote for when I eventually want to replace them. Good service and no pressure to buy. I've always found this place friendly and professional.

Wow, called up for 2 19inch tyres on a mondeo.. £195 each for falkhen, this is pirelli price territory.
Look on THEIR OWN website, and for the SAME tyre £154 each fully fitted.
I questioned this on arrival and was told that they can't quote those prices over the phone or they'd 'get in trouble'.
I was finally charged £344 for 2 tyres, as had wheel alignment also, but was charged for the balancing at 8.33 plus vat.
This is in my opinion being deceitful, I'm glad I did the comparison as I would have paid £100 more.
PLEASE DO BOOK YOUR TYRES FROM THE WEBSITE.
A real shame that business is done like this as the guys that fit are all super helpful and polite, but once trust is gone, that's it.

Went to fix a tyre and after further checking, they found out the tyre needed changing.
They replaced my tyres. I can say I am happy with the work they have done.
Staff are ok, they will benefit a little more organisation.
Overall I do recommend Bathwich and their services.

The team were really helpful, and I had a great experience!
I phoned up to see if I needed to book in (due to COVID 19 measures) for a puncture repair and was asked to come in the same day.
My puncture repair was taken care of by one technician, while another technician inspected the other tyres on the vehicle.
They identified that 2 tyres were close to legal limit, and ran up some quotes for various options. They explained the different options to me, why I should consider summer or all season tyres, and answered all of my questions. I was given the peices for the different options and was informed I could book in over the phone if I decided to go ahead - no pressure selling, just really helpful advice! The quotes are competitive on price, and the team advised me that there are additional discount and cashback offers available if buying 2 or more tyres at a time from some tyre brands.
Absolutely great experience, would recommend to anyone without hesitation!

Booked in for work, but when I get there was told there would be over an hour wait. Waited for a while, the guy in the office was shouting orders to people to move their cars but giving no direction as to where to move them and ignored me when I asked where to park.
Got bored, drove off, went to an indie garage who did the work for me with no fuss or delays

Always great service. I was approached very quickly to see what I needed doing. The prices were the lowest I had been quoted and all options were clearly explained. I didn't have to wait long and overall I am very pleased. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Took my car here in lockdown as I needed one tyres changed. Advised me all tyres needed doing plus breaks and could do me a deal for £300. Seemed a bit too good to be true and as just a runaround I left it. Just had MOT 6 months later and no issues with breaks. Also I Have been using a fair lot due to other car being in garage. So just trying to con people. Exactly what you don’t want from a mechanic.

I went in after booking online to get my tyres redone. The website caused a huge blunder as a booked for 2:30 and I got 3 different times emailed to me. I called to confirm on the day and was told that I was booked in at 9:30 and missed my time. They said there was no issue and I could come down when I could. They talked me through what was actually going on with my car and weren't rude and condescending to me, acting like I knew nothing, like many other chains have been. There some wrong paperwork with my car so they spoke to me and discussed what to do. I chose to get the back ones done instead and it was done super quick and at a reasonable price. Everyone there was lovely and I would definitely return!

I called Bathwick Tyres today to see if they'd be able to fix my exhaust. Not only did the reassure me on the phone I'd be fine to drive it down and it would be okay but they did the repair on the same day within an hour. They replaced my tyres, aligned them, fixed the problem but also checked my battery for free. The entire team was friendly and attentive as I was a shaken up from how loud my car sounded. I'll use them from now on as I couldn't fault their service. They were also more than reasonable with the price and I felt they were transparent with the cost and offered me tyres that were of different pricing.

The staff here come across as professional and calm. They explain what's wrong with your tyre and give you a few options to get it sorted.
They're upfront with how much things cost and you're sorted out really quickly. Plus you don't have to drive into the centre of Bath.
Have had a few tyres repaired/replaced here over the last few years and will definitely be going again in the future!

Got a flat on a long drive to Bath. Went to Kwik Fit they didn't have any "space" until Monday. Chanced Bathwick Tyres at 3.30 (they closed at 4) they ushered me into a bay, knew my tyre size straight away and got it changed in ten minutes. I was beyond happy, such friendly service as well. Seriously can't get over how decent this place is.
