I ordered Locking Wheel Nut Key and paid £36 to the company ( can provide proof of invoice). I was waiting from June to August and nothing happened. I got this part from elsewhere oversees (it took the other company 1 month to complete and deliver my order). Couple of month ago asked them for refund and has been fobbed off since then. AVOID this place.

Absolutely wasted my money time. Full service booked after 3 hours when I get back to get my car was not washed even dirty, Hybrid system check report was not attached, on request the guy was there he said our printer is not working so we can’t print it. I asked him to email me then he come back and said it’s my fault the hybrid health check is not been done mechanic told me because of the system was down he asked me to book another appointment for that. Car key battery was not checked. Air filter was not changed And rest of the things which I can’t access like Oil filter I’m not sure it’s been changed or not. That was my last service from that Toyota dealer they are the worst avoid them don’t waste your time and money. Thanks for reading.

Great customer service over the phone and in person. Friendly, professional and reliable. Lots of customer parking and easy to find. Quick appointments mostly available- i've never had a problem. Covid measures in place- hand sanitizer inside. You are not allowed to wait inside - just key drop and go. Staff are wearing masks. Fast, efficient service. Highly recommend these guys.

Very easy to find, lots of free parking spaces to leave your car, and great staff, outstanding customer service. I went to get ECU reprogrammed after a recall, and they have my car a summary check over, fantastic. I thoroughly recommend Berkshire Toyota. ????????

I have used other Toyota companies ( like real Toyota) however both Isleworth and Bracknell were beyond awful...just awful. This company are amazing. Professional, courteous, good quality, on time and great value. Its a shame I'm moving, I would use them over and over again. Don't use Toyota services anymore use this company.

I took my car for airbag recall, they fixed it for free, but after a few days the airbag light came back. I called them and they asked me to bring the car back and they will charge me if the problem is not related to the work they have done (around £40 or £50 is for the diagnosis, which after a long argument they did not charge me.). After the diagnosis, they suggested me it will cost me more than £150 to 200£ (I don’t remember the exact amount, I think if I will search the doc I can find the exact amount quoted to me, but not bother) So I came home and did a bit of searching and found out that the problem was with the switch under the driving passenger seat, All I did is pushes the airbag switch back and the problem was resolved, never came back and it’s been months now.

Booked in car for free manufacturer repair due to airbag fault. Courteous service, prompt booking time. Waiting area ... The only bad thing I will say is that the sofas are too comfortable and you don't want to get up. ????

Not very impressed didn’t do the checks they said as no top up of water and coolant that they were supposed to do and then after it’s service they didn’t clear the service required light, blamed a fault of Land Rover computer and sent me on my way with no care. I fixed it myself by trying properly. The guy was just not interested. Avoid.

Really bad service and communication. I last did an MOT there in 2017, the car wash wasn't working then, and i did one recently and its still not working, and they won't give any reduction for that. Worse of it is they don't tell you beforehand. They won' t check the battery of the keys either.

Absolutely awful service, charged for work that they didn't even carry out. They did not accept this when I complained. Fluids meant to be changed, this was not done but I was charged, even down to washer fluid. If they did not carry out this simple work I wonder what else they didn't do. Avoid this place at all costs, bunch of cowboys. Will be taking my complaint directly to Toyota.

I been there for my vehile recall checkup. Staff were very unfriendly and rude. I wanted use toilet as urgent but they refused me and happened hold for 1.5 hours toget my vehicle return and go home which 10 miles away from this centre. And also they never answered my call whenever I tried to contact them. I won't visit this place anymore and not recommend anyone to have such a bad experience for their money.

Berkshire Toyota have looked after my cars for the last five or six years and I've had no complaints whatsoever. Always friendly, always helpful and very conveniently located on my way to work. In fact, the standard of service was a big deciding factor in choosing a Toyota as a new car for the third time just last month. See you at 10,000 miles :-)

I had my car serviced 2 weeks ago where different advisers gave different information about what was included in the service. During the service they found "a leaking water pump". When asked if it was covered by my warranty , they said no (even though it clearly was). After getting in contact with head office, I got confirmation that the part was covered. I proceeded to get it repaired at a different Toyota garage, who assured me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. So either Berkshire Toyota lack basic knowledge in distinguishing between a water pump that is leaking or one that isn't. Or they are simply out to con me. When I went back to complain, I was dealt with rudely and didn't even receive an apology. Would not recommend to anyone

Please do not use this Garage like EVER. They came up with several fault on my last service, for about 2K then I went to another garage for a quote and they told me, that half of the problems listed was fiction. Also I have got my car back in worse condition as before, the motor was rattling so bad that I have nearly crashed on the M4 from the fright. They sold me a new Toyota viper during the last MOT, which was total faulty, after just 2 months, nevertheless they refused to exchange it, it would have been a simple courtesy. The owner of the garage is a young cowboy, only after your money. Shaming Toyota. I have notified the head of Toyota about the viper issue, and all the rest.

My First and last service with Toyota berkshire. Rude and discourteous staff. Booked major service and MOT online with Req for a loan car. Arrived on the day to be told I can't get one as I have a foreign licence even though legally I can drive in the UK on this license. I suggested you should mention such things on your booking website as I not have to arrange picking my kids from school and office commute on uber; got told you should tell us when booking .(online booking doesn't ask this + disrespectful comeback instead of taking feedback). Adding uber bills to my service cost . When giving my car told them of an indicator not working to fix before MOT .Toyota decided to fail MOT first and then fix the indicator (smart). Got the car back unwashed got told we have stopped washing cars as council has barred us .again not mentioned when booking the service . stay away.

Careful this Toyota garage in bakshire they are very bad customer service and un provisional . I take my Verso to check engine management warning lights. They said come 45mints . But my car have inside and outside camera recording 24/7 hidden. one of the mechanic guy in the garage when true my personal staff I don’t know what he was searching very scary ! I will put this to social media check this out .

I took my Landcruiser Amazon to have a fault with the offside handbrake failing to engage. This was the only fault stopping it from passing its MOT. Despite having passed literally days before, which Berkshire Toyota didn’t know they ‘discovered’ a split rubber boot on the front suspension which they said needed fixing. Very odd? As to the handbrake. They said it was fixed despite not having put it on their brake testing machine or road testing it. As I drove it to be MOT retested, I could hear the brake squealing. The retester passed it as it would now pass by braking the car but advised me that it was binding and that I should take it back. I passed this on to Berkshire Toyota and agreed to take it in early the next day and also to have an auxiliary belt replaced. They replaced the belt but before the mechanic had time to inspect the brakes he was told that the hoist was needed for another job. I was dumped out with the cable slackened off so it didn’t squeal any more but again nothing was tested and I have no clue if after their latest set of tinkering my car would pass the MOT or not. Finally their service receptionist Daniel told me three straight barefaced lies about why my job wasn’t completed. He had failed to notice that I had been at the car with the mechanic and knew the real facts from him. I told him he was lying and asked for his supervisor who was conveniently unavailable. The mechanic I dealt with was honest and pleasant to deal with. He should get another job somewhere where his management is better organised, don’t openly lie to their clients and accept responsibility for situations that are of their own making. I will never use Berkshire Toyota again. If you read the rest of the reviews here you may come to the same conclusion and save yourself a lot of unnecessary aggravation and some of your hard earned cash.

Had very poor service from these people resulting in two wasted journeys and weeks of waiting for a simple gasket to complete a job on my car. On their third attempt (where they tried to hand me a gasket for an Auris, my car being a Corolla with a completely different engine) I had to ask for my money back and reorder the part through Lindop Toyota ( they offer a mail order service) who were able to get it right first time, they were cheaper too incl the postage. No all Toyota franchises are the same........

They cannot diagnose a problem properly. They told me that to fix my air conditioning, it would cost £400, but once they had done this work, they then told me the air conditioning would need another part, costing £900! Not this first time I have felt ripped off by them - AVIOD THIS PLACE!

Very poor service. I was quoted certain amount for replacing/programming car key prior to going. I was annoyed to see the figure doubling when I reached the service centre. Even with that huge payment, the service manager wasn't sure about lot of things himself. What a waste of time!!! The guy didn't even properly apologize what to speak to compensating. I really hate this place.
