I went to Mercedes-Benz of Slough as I wanted to buy some parts for my E220d and I was told that Mercedes-Benz prices were reasonably priced. I was served by a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman called Derrick Surridge who was excellent at finding and ordering exactly what I needed. The price is reasonable, the customer service is excellent, the delivery was fast and I can honestly say I would highly recommend this dealership for all your Mercedes-Benz requirements. I am absolutely converted. 10 out of 10 for everything. Thank you very much.

We initially spoke with Zohaib in August when we were looking at the different models and specs available. We were able to look inside and test a few to really narrow down the model which was right for us.
We chose the new GLE in the end mainly due to the space and features of the Premium Plus.
Over the next few weeks, the team managed to source the right colour and spec in time for us - there were no delays and we were kept informed throughout.
Was a lovely touch to see the unveiling of our new car last month and Zohaib kindly setup our devices and registered us onto Mercedes me on the day.
I thoroughly recommend this dealership and genuinely feel they go above and beyond.

My car went in for its service B and was kept in overnight as it needed work on the brakes - all fine with this. It was discussed and agreed on a call.
The following day when the car was ready I went to Mercedes-Benz to collect my car where I was asked if I could wait for 10 or 15 minutes for the person who’d been dealing with my case (an office person not an engineer). I asked to be served by any one of the 3 people available as I’d prefer not to wait but was told this was not possible as they’d “not been dealing with my case” - maybe I’m over simplifying things but it’s a car service with two or three extra items - surely anyone of them could read the report to me?
When the service agent came out he was polite enough but it seemed more about them asking me time good reviews directly back to them than whether my car work had been carried out satisfactorily.
So then it comes to the car - I drive it away and within 5 minutes get tyre pressure warnings - the pressures are all over the place and we’re fine when it went in.
Then looking at the car when in get home - it had been cleaned as you’d expect from Mercedes but then after this covered liberally with greasy handprints inside and out and the locking wheel nuts had been left on the passenger seat rather than retuned to the boot where they had been.
And then to make things worse - two weeks later I get a warning message to top up the coolant.
Sorry Mercedes-Benz of Slough - neither the service in the centre or the service of my car were anywhere close to what I would expect!

I wouldn't bother if I were you. I reserved a car via their website and paid the £99 deposit, only to be called later that day saying the car had been sold and their website wasn't update which is funny as the website updated immediately to reserved once I had paid my deposit, NO APOLOGY, just forcing me to look at other cars they had.... no thanks. I will also add after that phone call I have had no response in receiving a refund for my deposit. The 1 star is because it caused me to look elsewhere and I got a better deal so thanks ????

Very disappointed service. Make a appointment to recall my Mercedes (KS13GUB) engine management system on the 24th May. Bring the car in at 8:30AM, told should be able to collect around 5pm. Had a call at 4:30pm to informed me the job was not able to get done, due to short of staff. This is not acceptable as there was no communication with me at all even when they called at midday this was no mentioned.

Parts department only not experienced sales.
Whilst Mercedes the company may not be the best in sorting out problems Derrick Surridge at the parts counter is 100%.
A very friendly guy and always very helpful and I feel a great asset to their department.
He has ALWAYS been polite and friendly and never had any issues dealing with him.
If not for him I wouldnt be able to work and probably go somewhere else for parts.

Absolutely appalled by the service I have received by Mercedes Benz Slough and the amount of issues my vehicle has faced. Since October 2019 by new 19 plate vehicle has had its red SRS light come on THREE times. Mercedes failed to acknowledge the severe health and safety risk it posed to my passengers and me. Their customer service team has given me conflicting advice each time the light has appeared. On one occasion they told me keep driving the vehicle knowing that my seat belt and airbag functionality was not working and another time told me I could drive the vehicle but not have any passengers in my vehicle. Recently, my engine light has come on whilst driving which was due to an eroded spark plug. This has been replaced but my vehicle now has a very loud engine, shakes and feels like it is under strain when I am driving it. They do not care about the health and safety of their customers at all, have left me very stressed and I have 0 confidence in my vehicle.

Cannot recommend Vishal enough! It’s nice when you meet someone that you are comfortable talking to and not intimidated by. Professional service and thoroughly enjoyed the few times we spoke to Vishal from test driving to showing interest in car to purchasing. He made it so simple. Tony was very professional and knowledgeable and I never felt any pressure to buy the first car I saw. Tony was honest and genuine. I was very indecisive of what I actually wanted but Tony took a good chunk out of his day to show me various cars and go through everything. It was our first time buying a car directly from Mercedes-Benz and he took the time to go through everything the car had to offer.
