Recently bought a used car from Volvo Maidenhead.
They managed to turn the sale around quickly at very short notice ahead of my hire car being returned. They were really helpful and kept in contact throughout. The car itself is immaculate and in great condition for a used vehicle.
Had a minor issue with the battery within the first few weeks and the sales and after sales service has been faultless. Looked at it without question and fixed within a week.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommended them.

I was particularly impressed with the way Matt handled the recall for my vehicle he was professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Furthermore, he went above and beyond to resolve the engine management light on my vehicle. He has booked my vehicle in for a service repair I couldn’t be more grateful with the way this issue was handled as I had been to a few garages and they couldn’t seem to work out the issue.
He has gone above and beyond to help me with any queries or issues. It was a very positive experience and I will definitely be shopping with Volvo cars Maidenhead in the near future.

I have personally been working with Harry and Danny in purchasing my new XC60. Harry has been an excellent sales executive right from start as well as Danny. The duo are too hot to handle when it comes to customer service relationships. Volvo Maidenhead should keep them as they are doing an excellent job by lifting the name and image of Volvo group’s of company high.

I came across with this dealer a week ago as I wanted to buy used V40 2016. I clearly asked about body paint, parts replacement. History of the car etc. After sending a few videos and photos describing some small marks and scratches I was told that the car is in a good condition and there is nothing apart from what had been sent and described. I was promised they would do 150 checks Volvo standards to be sure the car is transparent. I decided to go there, and I was prepared to pay the full amount. When I came I started checking step by step. From the very beginning I noticed the grill was cracked, front window was changed, front bumper was painted, one side of the car was full of filler (I checked using a good varnish meter), side door was not fitted properly and the best of the best, and I am not kidding, in the trunk the floor was supported by some pieces of wood (DIY). Also, the car was dirty. I lost so much time and effort. I was told they did not know that, but I just don’t believe as 150 checks had been done a 2/3 days earlier. All those issues are so easy to check so why they said they did not know??? During this difficult pandemic time, we should trust as the normal way of buying cars is limited. At the end, I was promised in writing I would be refunded within 2 days and that wasn’t kept. I highly DO NOT recommend this dealer!! Be careful and do not trust. VOLVO should keep the standards!!!

Much better than the experiences I had with other non volvo dealers in the area, so glad this is my local dealer if i need to have anything done in future

Their friendly professional staff took care of my car and solved a problem with the immobiliser that 2 breakdown companies couldn’t diagnose or fix.
They provided me with a loan car and went above and beyond the call of duty, cleaned and checked my car for further faults and safety issues.

Fantastic experience and so well looked after by Matt and the team.
My XC60 T8 was showing an alert advising I needed oil. Called Matt who asked I drop the car in which I did. Turned out I had a split gasket which was leaking oil. Matt and his team replaced the gasket, topped up the oil and the best bit - no charge!!!! So impressed, I do get my car serviced here and the after care is second to none.

2019.12. A few weeks after a routine service with the Volvo garage I noticed the vehicle needing more engine oil than usual. Parked up for several days, a large oil puddle appeared. Had to get an independent garage to tow the vehicle away where they diagnosed the cause, the sump plug was loose.
2020.11. Due another routine service so contacted Volvo garage and requested a discount. Was informed by the receptionist the service manager will call me. Still waiting for a response, it’s over a week now.
I’ll wait another week and see if they respond.

Visited here today to buy a new family car.
Salesman came outside, didn't approach or even acknowledge.
Spoke louder to my wife about let's get this model in this trim, still nothing.
Salesman then went back inside without even a hello.
Maybe if we hadn't pulled up in the dog walking car and turned up in my car the sales team might of been abit more proactive.

Superb service from Harry Pollard & his colleagues throughout. Greeted at the Dealership by friendly staff who offer complimentary drinks on every visit. Harry was personable, informative and honest throughout the Test Drive and the Order Building process. The excellent personal service continued with a sneak preview video from Harry upon the vehicles arrival and a follow-up call days after delivery to see how I was finding everything with the vehicle. He is a genuine credit to Volvo Cars.
As for my brand new XC40 itself - it's an incredible car and it really is living up to the widespread positive reviews online. I absolutely love it.

I've just returned from this dealership, and must say, the service we received was flawless.
We met with a chap named Jeff Bond, who made us feel valued as a customers - warm, welcoming and extremely knowledgeable.
Jeff really listened to our needs, and went through every detail with a fine tooth comb. Even on the test drive, the route was ideal as it involved a mix of countryside roads and a dual carriage way, which gave us an opportunity to get a complete feel of the car.
The entire experience today was a pleasure from start to finish.

Really disappointing. I had been a customer for years and had always used them for servicing my Volvo's but never again. As soon as something slightly out of the ordinary has happened rather than try and diagnose the fault their way of dealing with things is to constantly replace perfectly healthy parts until they hit lucky. They have just lost a long standing customer. I will go somewhere with better skills next time.
