DON'T take your car for a service here. They failed to identify an engine tapping noise on our car, AND...more telling...failed to spot the "significant" coolant leak from the faulty water pump (which was causing the tapping). NEVER AGAIN...
Kwik-Ft posted a response asking that I completed an online form. Instead I wrote a letter to their Head Office and they kindly refunded the cost of the service. I have to leave it as a 1 star review by way of warning potential customers not to take your car to Kwik Ft for a Service. Tyre change, safety check, MOT, yes...but service NO!

My first appointment was cancelled due to staff illness, but they managed to squeeze me in 2 days later for my MOT. Customer service was quick and good, and the MOT done efficiently and on time given. Overall a good experience! ????

Very easy to book and pay online. Dropped car off and left it and on return it was ready, keys handed over and I was away. Only slight issue was that when dropping off there was only one person in reception and he was dealing with a telephone enquiry. It was clear that the caller was asking lots and lots of questions about tyres which were all dealt with patiently and professionally. That, of course, meant I had to hang around until the call was complete which was quite frustrating. Maybe more staff at reception or a dedicated line for enquiries about tyres rather than keeping the receptionist from dealing with pre-booked drop offs. That said, overall very pleased and will use Kwikfit again.

The tyres were fitted promptly and as ordered. A wheel alignment check was also carried out and I authorised a re-alignment.
Unfortunately after the re-alignment was completed, your ramp got stuck so they couldn't get my car down.
This resulted in a wait of over an hour and I finally gave up and accepted the offer of a cab home and my car was returned to my home address later in the afternoon.

Amazing customer service from Amir. He was well presented and let me know exactly what was wrong with my tyres, which other garages struggle to do so. He was very calm with customers even though it was very very busy. Fitted 2 tyres for me and had me out of there in less than an hour. Thank you Amir and thank you Kwik Fit Kingston.

I went into this branch some time ago
I must say it is a garage in stark contrast to most that I have encountered.
It was most professional and Bilaal was particularly helpful, knowledgeable and professional
What an asset to the company he is.
The team were efficient, professional and I felt like my car was in good hands from the moment i walked into the office.
Clean waiting area, ample parking, friendly personalities in the workshop and professional and knowledgable office staff.
I will now always bring my car here and will recommend to family and friends

Awesome place, I managed to pick up a screw in my tyre on the way from Ealing to Kingston Upon Thames and stopped off here to get it sorted out. They had my tyre off and replace in 20mins flat whilst keeping social distanced. Absolutely awesome service and friendly guys too. Thank you :)

I was booked in for an MOT and this was done on time. Unfortunately due to a damaged tyre the car failed its MOT. Kwik Fit were to replace the tyre promptly and reassess the MOT which the car now passed without any problems.
A good job done without any hassle or inconvenience.

Fast and reasonably priced MOT service for £30 with attentive staff who look after the customers whilst they wait and keep in mind social distancing rules. MOT and tyre change took 1HR during a busy evening (VW Golf MK7 owner).

The Kingston upon Thames Centre works like a Swiss watch, doubled by a superb customer service and extremely pleasant personnel .
Impeccable service, accommodation of ad-hoc requests.
It was interesting to witness while I waited, the management and team’s synergy and the calm throughout the whole location, while the activity was going ahead without any breaks or crisis.
The fact that the parking was full proves the site has a well-deserved goodwill.
Excellent, a perfect 10 Kwik Fit, exceptionally well managed and superbly run.

Joseph and the rest of the team here at kwikfit have just been life savers! I had booked in my MOT for a later time slot and needed some work completed.
Joseph explained the problems very thoroughly and showed me exactly what was wrong so that I understand what work would be taking place.
They made sure the work was finished so that I could take my car home the same day. My partner has a disability that needs my car to get to and from her shifts as a nurse and I am incredibly thankful for the friendly and hard-working service I received today.
This isn't the first time I've received stellar service from the Kingston branch, I drive past 3 other kwikfits and countless other garages to come here, I couldn't recommend this location more.

This review ask just one question. Something wrong with your review software. The manager in your Kingston Upon Thames branch was outstanding. He rearranged my appointment as I wasted time going to the wrong address. The MOT test went smoothly. Next year I will go to the same place again.

Very disappointed to discover that my Range Rover Sport that had complications after its last visit to KwikFit Kingston to resolve a breaks issue - returned twice to resolve unsuccessfully.
On inspection by Park services today, they have discovered both the wrong discs & pads were fitted, but worse than that the security wheel nuts for the two front tyres had been drilled through and other nuts badly damaged.
Lesson learnt - will never again use these cowboys.

They helped me out when I damaged my front tyre at the weekend. They had the tyres in stock even though I have had trouble getting them in the past and were able to see me and fit the tyres very quickly on Sunday morning, at a very competitive price. Really friendly service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Rip off merchants- I had serviced my car a week before and the mechanic confirmed my tyres were road legal. The failed me on tyres and suprise suprise they had it in stock. I said no thank you.. took it to my local garage-they checked tyres and told me they were fine. Also the so called manage is rude. avoid like a plague

Really good. Actually went there as another independent garage had been so rude to me! These guys sorted minor problem out - no issues! Polite and fast what more could you want? Also the access is very good so it was easy to drive in and park etc not always true of other places when they get busy...

I tend to avoid these types of big chain garages, but I have to say that these guys provide a great service and really know their stuff. Really enthusiastic and happy to do a fair bit extra! While I was there I heard them lining up taxis to shift tyres over from nearby garages and they even had a look at my exhaust and fixed something minor on the ramp for free, even though I was there for an aircon regas.
