I have used Alliance recruitment multiple times. Each time they have been super professional and made the employment process very easy.
The most recent time was during the pandemic, Alice was my point of contact and was great. Kept me updated throughout the process and was very easy to correspond with. She found me multiple suitable positions to interview for and was always in touch to offer advice and guidance.
I would highly recommend this agency.

This is a good agency. Alice is such a nice lady! From time to time I am being asked to how I feel and how it is going work wise. Other agencies I worked for did not really pay attention to how I feel and my opinions. After 12 weeks there has been a pay rise, which does not exist in many other agencies same with overtime pay. This is one of the better agencies to work through, at least from the ones I worked through. Worth considering, if you are not in yet!

I've been with Alliance for 8 years, and couldn't recommend a better agency! Chloe and Alice always have your best interest at the core of what they do to make you feel at your most comfortable. I had a really positive experience with Alliance, right from the get go they were sending me different vacancies for temp positions and I managed to get one through them and it was such an easy simple process. I dealt with Alice Peacock and she would always check up on how I am and see if there was anything I ever needed. Really lovely company and even though now I am in a permanent position, if needed I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It's my first time using a recruitment agency and the whole experience has been very easy throughout. Their recruitment experience has helped so much with finding a role during the pandemic.
Working with Alice through the whole process has be great. She has helped with preparing for the interview, interview feedback and regular communication during my contract.

I dealt with Alice Peacock throughout this process and can honestly say it was the best recruitment experience I have had. She made effort to present me with a few roles and helped me decide which would suit me the best. Following this she regularly contacted me with updates and tips with how to succeed in the interview process and then also continued to check on me while I was starting my role. I have now passed probation and Alliance nailed the role for me- I cant see myself leaving anytime soon, which is almost a shame because I would use Alliance again without hesitation.

Starting in a new business with additional recruitment needs, I knew I wanted to work with Alliance Recruitment from the start. Andrew took the time to understand our recruitment needs, the type of candidate we were looking for and took a keen interest in our business.
Andrew and the team worked hard to find suitable candidates in an ever diminishing pool of active candidates and even brought to light candidates we may not have initially considered if it wasn't for the complete and concise reasons in submitting the candidates for the role.

Fantastic agency. I previously used Alliance to find temporary and then permanent work a few years ago. They were professional but friendly and so helpful. When I found myself made redundant recently they have helped me again to find temporary work and are working with me to find another permanent role. Chloe has been amazing and recognised my Cv from a few years ago.

Andrew approached me about a potential career opportunity after seeing my CV online. I am not completely happy in my current role and was excited about the job Andrew was talking to me about and he started the process of talking to the company about me. It took a few weeks and Andrew kept me informed along the way. He was always available and had plenty of time for me, he got me an interview last week at which I was successful and accepted the role this week.

Andy was great and I am hoping that this is the companies culture. To at least try and make the candidates feel comfortable working with them and feel appreciated. Andy even went the extra mile giving me all sorts of tips, encouragement and even his personal number to contact him after hours as I couldn't always speak during office hours. Everything was so transparent, something that I did not see working with tens of other agencies.

I have been temping with Alliance Recruitment since October and have always found the staff to be helpful and professional. They contact you when they have a job that suits your skill set and only put you forward for a role after having had a discussion with you and gone into more detail about what the role involves.
The majority of other recruitment agencies seem to sign you up with them only to never hear from them again or if you do staff contact you about a role and put pressure on you to apply.
Alliance are nothing like this and are honestly the best I have come across, having signed up with quite a few agencies including some of the well known names.
If you are looking for an agency to work with to help find your next member of staff or to assist you in looking for temporary/permanent employment the best option is to give Alliance Recruitment a call, you won't regret it!

They have found me so much temporary work, as and when I need it and have always managed to match me into teams that they know I will get on well with. As a student with no commercial experience at all I was struggling and lost hope of finding a first job in the industry. Andrew Sullivan was the one that believed in me and helped to get through whole interview process with one of their clients. I received few tips about an face to face interview that helped me a lot.
