I was extremely impressed with KHR especially with how professional Sonia and Siobhan were throughout the whole process. I have used many agencies and KHR is by far the best as their staff show genuine care for you.
They were extremely honest and transparent, which was a breath of fresh share. They also made sure that your requirements are looked after. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for employment!

Sonia has a very caring approach and has become more than just my agent, I feel that she cares for me and genuinely shows vested interest in my well being. First of all when I went to the office I wasn't acknowledged until after 10 minutes after my appointment time - despite several people walking past me (plus I got there 10 minutes early). I wouldn't bother going all the way to Leybourne to sign up and not be contacted again! They also offered me a job which I said a few days later I'd be happy to consider.. to be told it was no longer available.. yet I still saw new posts about the job advertised on their Facebook page... be honest and stop wasting peoples time rather than keeping them waiting and guessing.

I cannot recommend Katy Lingham or, indeed, KHR enough. After 24 hours of registering I'd been interviewed and had a temporary post confirmed. Within 72 hours, this became a permanent position. The KHR processes are slick and efficient, and Katy treats you as a valued candidate not just a number on a timesheet. Excellent service.

Having been very reluctant using recruitment agencies I bit the bullet and contacted Sonia at KHR and very glad I done so.
Sonia called me Tuesday afternoon to arrange a meeting with herself to discuss one particular job role for later on that day, communication continued throughout until the meeting and even helped me with directions after getting lost!
Once getting to the office Sonia couldn't have been more welcoming and instantly put me at ease. We spoke further about the job vacancy she had put me forward for (having secured an interview for the next day) including tips about the company and knowing I'm not very well with getting to new places, she even explained how to get to my job interview which definitely helped.
Following my interview Wednesday late afternoon, Sonia made effort to contact me early evening to see how it went.
Thursday morning I received a call from her disclosing feedback from the company which was extremely helpful as interviews can be very daunting. Just a couple of hours later Sonia phoned me once again to give me the delightful news that I had been a successful candidate for the job!
Cannot thank her enough, I was never left feeling lost or left out of the loop during the first initial phone call that had taken place just two days prior. Sonia promised to keep in contact and I felt she offered support during the career change I was struggling to do alone.
Thank you again Sonia! Definitely be my first port of call whenever needing to find a new job (hopefully not for a long time though ;))
