Applied for a role where I had to have a video call interview with the recruiter. I had to call him after waiting 10 minutes, where I was met by him telling me, wait that isn't today is it? Seemed very unprofessional. I was then told that I would be kept upto date with the progress of my application, never heard anything back. If I was told that I would be kept in contact with, I at least expect the courtesy of being told my application was unsuccessful

I came into contact with Euro-Projects when applying for a job via CV-Library; the agent I was in touch with was helpful, courteous and friendly. The application process was taking place around the same time I was going on holiday, and he really went the extra mile to arrange an interview before I went away, then keep me up-to-date via email whilst I was abroad. I was lucky enough to be successful first time, but I feel confident that even if I hadn't been, Euro-Projects would have continued to help me improve and land the job next time.

On 3 seperate occasions I was told by one of the members of staff that they would call me to talk through a job role. I had to message them twice to get a response. Still had no response from this member of staff.

I contacted Euro-Projects regarding an engineering role a few months ago. I found the company very easy to work with through the process of finding out information about the role and setting up interviews. The agent I worked with most (Joe P) was extremely helpful, always friendly and willing to put in the extra work to find out more information for me. I have since taken the role after a successful interview and Euro-Projects have been extremely helpful in assisting and advising in contract negotiations.

I enquired about a post. They said it was filled but send my CV anyway. Less than a month later they found me a good contract with a blue-chip company. They helped with the practical details of contract work, not just setting up interviews. I'll certainly use them again.

Dealt with Vic Foster. Not too sure he has a good understanding of a UK service engineer. I have been on the road since 1991. The company he introduced me to didn't pay door to door and even if you worked 12 hours a day all week you still only got the basic 8 hour pay. Never met such a tight company- think about it ; you work 11 hours onsite and the customer signs your timesheet. He is then invoiced for these hours. 8 for the engineer and 3 straight in the pocket of the company. You have to be an idiot to agree to work for free.
