Brilliant agency, always find you work and try find something around your skills and strengths and they never leave you waiting for work for weeks and weeks they try get you something instantly, I always spoke to matt to find work and tell him if I had any problems and hes so understanding and helpful definitely would recommend this agency to anyone.

I have work with frontline for several months and I can say that i have not had any problems. I can say that staff like Shauni goes out of her way to make sure that you have work and try to place to where you feel comfortable and in an work environment suitable to your skills. I have alaways been paid on time and if there are any problems they will sort it out. All they ask is that you turn up to work on time and let them know if you cant make it and everything will be fine.

I walked into the agency for the first time due to issues elsewhere to see if they could offer me what I needed. On approach, the lady at the front desk had a wicked scowl on her face and made me feel like I was wasting my time. However, a gentlemen came over and spoke to me with professionalism and made me feel welcome but the initial approach from the lady had made up my mind so I left.

Was always paid on time and correct. Stress free system. Worked for a local company for a solid 3 months before I found a more lucrative role elsewhere. Only issue was when I had a unexpected day off for an emergency Adam the manager at the time (2014) at Frontline replaced me without my knowledge and the company I was hired for demand me to be re employed or they would lose their contract.

Hi, if your reading this do not to entertain this agency BY ANY MEANS! Didn't get paid correct once, Didnt get my holidays and received a lot of abuse when I tried to complain. Also Matt was constantly trying to sell me replica clothing out his car boot.

Absolutely terrible company! Partner worked nights, no payment first week with the excuse they had wrong details. Wasn't paid 2nd payment.....same excuse, took another week to get that payment. Partner had to have a day off and they didn't tell the company he was working for after saying they will. Put him on the completely wrong tax code which was seeing him taxed on a surgeons wage (he was warehouse work) they tried saying it's down to HMRC. HMRC have confirmed its their incompetence! They will avoid any issues raised, simply saying they will call back, they never will! Please everybody avoid this company at all costs .....

Phoned Thursday to offer me work with confirmation of being available for work... I waited for the telephone call on details of work.... Friday I rang again explained i expected a call yesterday on starting work they said i would receive a call later today (Friday) Now Monday I rang again explained the history of Thursday n Friday last week waiting for confirmation of work place start date n time. The team member on the phone said sorry we can't use you your on our system DNU I asked what this meant she replied Do Not Use due to be offering 3 positions last year and this year in May after agreeing the position i didnt turn up. I asked were these positions where at she said sorry I can't give you this information due to data protection act. I asked if she had the right person n she said yes then went into a conversation of telling me my date of birth address and we've got your passport details and bank details on file. Now please explain to me that 1 I could have been anyone on the phone 2 why after 18 months of never working for Frontline Recruitment why have they still got my personal information on their data base. I put the phone down thinking I dodged a bullet not working for this agency if anyone else have given them your personal details I would email them and have them remove details off their system.
As for being offered work on 3 separate occasions sorry this is totally incorrect.
