Horrendous agency to work for, they are rude and once you leave the company you work for they refuse to pay your wages so unless you have the time to take legal action against them, I would advise that you dont do work for this scandalous agency. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Absolutely SHOCKING level of service and trustworthiness. As a former recruitment consultant I couldn't believe that recruitment can be done this bad. Recruitment process was a mess, consultants requested different documents everyday being fully aware that I need to have them sent from abroad. Loads of unprecise or just wrong information being provided to candidates leads to recruitment process being horribly extended and start date being delayed. Not sure if anyone is looking after compliance in Extra Personnel but somehow they managed to lost my documents - pretty serious breach nowadays when GDPR is a big thing. Most of consultants in aviation branch is representing massive ego but very little professionalism. Overall, truly terrible experience, if you can apply for same job with different agency - JUST DO IT (no product placement here). Unless you like dealing with overgrown egos and are not expecting to get paid on time (missed my 2 weekly payments over the course of 3 weeks) ;) With so much competition on the market it's worth looking for job somewhere else.

Extra Personnel has provided me with a rewarding job not long after I was made redundant after several years in a previous job. The staff have been extremily helpful in ensuring that I had the right references and documents to secure my current position and did an Interesting airport security course that helped massively. Special mention to John, Will and Deborah who were all very helpful too.

Go to a different agency extra personnel is a joke don't pay you on time then say its someone else's fault and can not tell you when you will receive ur money or even how much and when you do get it you have to pay extra tax on it do not email you back and if you call them the person you need to chat to has just left the office ???????????? a joke of a agency

Awful experience from start to finish. Staff in derby are unhelpful rude and scaremonger. Hr arent much better. Always told recieve call backs and after weeks of chasing daily and some days hourly basis i still cant not get the updates that should be provided for my partner. Not recieving payments on time and always some excuse. Avoid this agency at all costs its personal experience and professionalism is the worst i have ever encountered

Extra Driving have found me the perfect job for what I was looking for. Job was exactly as described when I got there for my 1st day and always get a good positive response when I call up. In 1st few weeks of starting there I got 4 or 5 calls checking I was ok and happy with everything and and some feedback to say I was doing well. I thought that was really good to know he wanted to i was happy with the job. Also i recommended the job to a mate who is now working at the same company thanks to Extra. We are both getting a permanent contract!!!

In my own experience liars. Don't say you are calling back if your not. Heard bad things but I always give people a try. Also heard bad things from a company I went with though that you are poor. Plus look at reviews just in the last few months terrible

Wouldn't recomend. Did my assesment and informed front desk like i was told to do when ready. I was told to go back to interview room and shortly someone will come. Waited 1,5 hours and decided that this is enough. No one paid attention to me just leaving not the front desk even who was talking on the phone about her rest of the years plans even though waiting room was full

Well you Go there and you and you give All your details and you do assessment after that you go home and then you wait and wait and wait and wait but Bear in mind that the company extra is advising jobs and but they don't contact you you after chase them and you will get of them can you call back after 3 and you do that but they will turn around and say call you back tomorrow and you wait and you wait again to be honest with this is company is absolutely useless

Appalling agency. Got a position with them but had a family emergency so had to go home. Didn't really like the job so decided against going back. Witheld my pay which has meant the job I got after this I have had to leave as I needed that pay to get there.

I started my induction training with extra personnel on the 16th October 2018 and my regular shift on the 1st of November 2018 until 8th April 2019 when I had a new permanent contract with DHL.
During my five months and two weeks Services with Extra personnel I was happy and satisfied with the way I was treated as a staff.
Also I would like to make a special recommendations to mrJohn Moore who later took over from Lee.
John is very responsible,caring and competent in his duties,
Me and my colleagues always talked good about him that since he took over there was a lot of changes in good.he always listened and make sure that our needs and problems are solved immediately.
I am very happy with Extra personnel but particularly with John Moore.

After travelling 20 miles to register, they told me they would send me details of a job and I sat waiting all day and I never received the details. I phoned and they said that they would send the details. I sent an email asking for details of the job and they know I'm on benefits, but I still haven't received details of the job that I was promised, anyway after reading other reviews, it seems that this coming have difficulty paying their temporary staff, so I'm best off not working for them. I've also just called them and they are liars and they slammed the phone down on me. I will not ever try to work for them again.

Every week I have to call because of pay issues. For all of the issues that have arisen, only a couple have been resolved. They need a better payroll system or software. How 2 people who work exactly the same hours/days/weeks on the same rate of pay, can be paid so differently before any deductions, is unbelievable. IS THIS A GENDER THING? Only response you get is I'll look into it.

Think its ok not paying wages. Charged for police check 3 times and had to be cash. When asked for paperwork, there wasnt any. Dont pay holiday pay. Abdolute disgrace messing with people that need money. Time after time having to ohone for wages to be sorted. Excuses all the time.

I had my training with extra, and moved into a job a DHL when I got there I was told there was only one department which was a bad one as I received very little training and the management were ignorant and rude they ignored me for 6 weeks, I had a temporary pass and had to be escorted to the toilet like a child, when I received my first pay slip I realised I was in emergency tax which extra had put me on which meant I was being paid very little, I have decided to leave now and when I asked for my tax back they gave me very little back, I would avoid working for extra poorly run, made the whole thing stressful and they still owe me tax absolutely useless
