I was contacted by Georgia after applying for a job on indeed. She very quickly set up an interview for me which had to be postponed due to lockdown 3. As soon as it was possible, she contacted me again to ask if I was still interested. An interview was scheduled for next day and she was checking in with me before and after the interview to make sure everything was OK. She contacted me again that same evening and shortly after, I was offered a permanent position. Everything was handled very professionally and I don't think there was any more she could possibly have done for me. After nearly a year of temporary employment through various agencies, I am now happily employed. I wish I had discovered essential recruitment last year and saved myself a lot of headaches.

Always get a payslip 3 days before you get paid, they never messed up my wages which is a first, most agency's mess your wages up on a weekly basis when overtime comes into the equation.
I would Highly recommend.

I've worked for SOCOTEC through essential for about 6 months now, I have never had a problem they have allowed me time off when needed especially around the time my daughter was born. Always there to help if you ever have issues and I'm now im talks to be taken on permanently by the company. So a win win all round. I would definitely recommend the agency to find work through. So a big thank you to Tom, Charlie and the rest of the team.

They don't deserve even 1 star. They will smile and make you think they care about you. But at the end they will mess around your wages and keep your money. Your hourly rate will be at least 1£ an hour less on what they told you. Nobody cares when you ring them. They just feed you with promises. Even their head office is useless. Payroll team is a bunch of retards, every week you will have issues with hour you worked. STAY AWAY!!!
