Great customer service from these guys. Noisy brakes examined 8.00 next day and found to be fine, so nothingvti fix. My wife was driving the car and they made her feel comfortable and involved. She said 'what a fantastic garage!'

These guys will go out of their way to ensure you are happy. Technically superb, they can resolve issues and service cars that go from every day use to specialist vehicles. Engineering facilities are more than you could imagine and bespoke parts can be manufactured on site. Enthusiastic and polite, and a mug of coffee to boot.

I had to get my windscreen wiper button fixed very short notice and very quickly - the guys were absolutely amazing. Booked me in for the next day and had my car fixed in under an hour. They had every opportunity to overcharge as I was upfront about the fact that I don't know anything about cars and am new to driving. They sorted my problem (a wire problem in the button) and didn't charge and checked another minor thing I was concerned about too. They recommended that they could replace the part but that it didn't seem necessary just now - another opportunity that they could have charged anything and didn't even though I totally would have paid anything given the fact that I just wanted it fixed and know nothing about car repair.
I will definitely be using them again for my MOT and any further issues and was super happy and impressed with the service. I will be recommending this garage to everyone in future. Thanks guys!

My van died on my drive way about a week ago and having found their details on-line, have to say I was very pleasantly surprised at the service received. Everytime I spoke to someone, they were always professional and pleasant to deal with. They squeezed my job in, knowing how much I needed it for work, despite being fully booked up. They were also more than happy to conduct a light diagnostic check the day after I'd picked it up too, after a light came on. Will definitely use this garage again.

Love this place! MOT and light service last year, and was told I had only a few thousands miles left on brakes and tyres. Non-pushy, friendly, open and welcoming. This year went back, got EXACTLY the same, consistent report on the tyres and brakes now requiring work. They did it all in about 24 hours. Perfect.

Rob and Darren Jones and their team of highly qualified technicians provide a first class service with excellent communications with the client throughout the process whether it's car repairs, servicing or complete rebuilds. Mechanical, engineering or fabrication and welding they offer the complete package.
The standard and level of equipment they have to hand is extremely impressive.

My car failed its MOT and needed the front shock absorber replaced. I needed it to be fixed quickly due to me selling my car. After ringing around trying to get several quotes and not many mechanics were getting back to me. I called Browns to see if they could fix it and they booked me in the next day. They got the work done within a few hours and I thought there pricing was very reasonable. I would highly recommend Browns. There customer service is on point! I had a starting issue with my car, caused by myself. The issue was simple to solve but needed some professional help. After being turned down by other much "closer" to my car, I walked to Browns Garage. Explaining my situation, they offered help instantly and without any hesitation! My issue was solved and within 5 minutes I was on the road again.

Took my MR2 there a few weeks back for a spot of welding to be done. Fitted me in quickly and did a great job. I noticed a couple of weeks later that a cover was slightly hanging down underneath the car (not that they left it like that). Can't get under the car myself to sort it so I gave them a call. They popped it on the ramp same day, sorted it at no charge. Top guys and great service. Brilliant!

Amazing service from Browns garage. I popped in this morning on the off chance and the very helpful mechanic was able to sort the issue with my car straight away. I have always found the service at Browns to be excellent and very reasonably priced. The mechanics are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and they have always sorted any issue I've had with my car quickly and professionally. I highly recommend!
