Having received this item when fitted it was faulty. When informed the seller never got so much nonsense. First asked how many times the car had been used then was it fitted by a qualified mechanic and then wanted a letter head from the mechanic. It's faulty product and by law it should be replaced. Will never buy from eBay seller again

I have bought front wheel bearings which has developed to be worn out within two months and failed on MOT. The MOT garage said it is dangerous to drive and I shouldn't t buy such a useless part that become dangerous in a very short time of period.
I have contacted the company but no refund provided despite of huge warranty they describe on their parts. Very bad experience and costed me fortune at the end of the day.

absolute trash of a company!
worst customer service. taking almost 24 hours for a reply for a query. and response does not address the issue on hand either. Wasted almost 1 week trying to explain the issue over and over, and yet get replied some robot template. Does this company have someone reading the customer query?
Cheap items, but very expensive time spent to solve matters.

Wheel bearing failed after 3 months. It was advertised with a 2 year warranty. They have delayed and slowed communication to the point I have had to source a part elsewhere. Now stating they will exchange but they require proof it was fitted by a trained mechanic and a report from a mechanic stating the nature of the fault - this all goes against the Consumer Rights Act so I will be raising with Paypal and Trading Standards but avoid a bunch of crooks there's better out there. There's clearly something very fishy with their eBay feedback. No one with almost 200 thousand feedbacks in my 15+ years of eBay only has 5 negatives no chance.

This company are a complete scam, the parts they supply are not fit for purpose.
I brought 2 wheel bearings for a Toyota and after 6 months they were both failing.
I contacted them about the 2 year warranty and basically said we won’t honour it sorry.
I raised my issue with eBay and PayPal and they were as much use as a chocolate teapot.
In fact I don’t use PayPal anymore as they backed these scammers over honest buyers.
If I could give no stars I would.
Please don’t buy anything from them they don’t deserve to be operating as a car parts supply company, AVOID !!

Poor quality wiper motor failed within a month. Claimed warranty is invalid unless the part was fitted by a mechanic. Refused to honour their obligations under the sale of goods act. Deliberately delayed and stalled communication from start to finish.
Reported to trading standards and raised a claim through PayPal to get my money back, this was successful but took months.
I can't emphasise strongly enough how bad these guys have been. Avoid at all costs.
If you've been stung by them, don't give up, don't let them away with it.

Se t me the wrong part. Asked for an exchange. Said they didn’t do exchanges only refunds. Sent the item back they said it was damaged and poorly packaged. Only refunded half of my250 quid. Pure scammers

Don't buy from these cowboys. Sent me a cheap part of shockers and didn't receive my mount struts. Complete lairs they don't reply back to your messages. Dont waste your time and money. Very strange how my negative feedback has been deleted off ebay. SCUM

Bought washer pump for my car off of these people via ebay, it was incorrect when it arrived. Promised full refund and cost of return....ofcourse that never happened. AVOID this company.....wish I'd seen these reviews before, a truly unreliable and untrustworthy company.

STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE. Spent a lot of money on a part, which turned out to be the wrong part. Did not remove from packaging. Asked to send it back and get a refund. Only got half my money back and I have to pay £15 to send it back. AVOID LIKE CORONAVIRUS

Send out wrong parts, deny responsibility, then only refund half of your money when you return the items, claiming you have damaged them when you didnt even take it out of the box! I could see it was wrong without touching it!!! Scamming conmen. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!!

Bought a radiator of these scammers.
Sent me random radiator which was completely for different model.
Item was returned which they confirmed they have received.
Still chasing them for a refund 9 months later.

Bought a wheel bearing from there ebay shop, the item did not arrive it was lost by the courier which I was able to prove with screen shots of there couriers customer services email conversation after chasing it up myself over 2 weeks. They would not refund or send another because it was mistakenly listed as delivered by the courier. They would not look into it and eventually started ignoring my email. Stay away from these guys at all costs if anything was to go wrong they just take your money and run. It may have just been a £20 part but my local tms want £63 for the part so I will now be paying £83.

Absolute scammers, I brought a oil sump pan for my car cost £147 when i cam it was 1 for a ford transit at £29 i didnt have time for the refund so ordered another at £147 when it cam it was another ford transit one, sent them both back with the free post slip they give you and when I got there I had to pay £20 for postage so that's a scam also, when I get email about my refund they said I can only have half as the item's I sent back was used, I sent messages and called lots of times and nothing back, very disappointed

Refused to change faulty part, demanded a report from garage, played it out for days and days, still refused. Left stranded by them. Part cost me £50 so must have cost them £30, the worst customer service in 32 years of motoring. Via eBay very disappointed ????????????????????

Acheter une culasse sur leur site il me demande un supplément pour l'achat refusant de donner le supplément je demande un remboursement ce dernier fait tout pour ne pas me rembourser et m'envoie meme un colis a mon domicile VIDE ....
C'est un escroc et voleur n'achetez pas ces articles ne mérite aucune étoile....
