The cheese itself is really tasty, even though there was only a small selection left a few weeks before Christmas. Unfortunately I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing the staff member who was serving when asking to try products (although it seems most people do this, as none of the cheeses are labelled). The disappointing attitude of the staff has made me question whether or not I would go back again.

Very good selection of vegan cheese and we were able to try some beforehand, they were all delicious so hard to pick! I also picked a vegan chocolate spread that happened to be amazing. Good service and good products!

I love dairy cheese and vegan cheese, and cheeses from La Fauxmagerie are probably the best vegan cheeses I have ever tried. They looks incredible and taste wonderful. The staff is lovely too. I can't wait to try again!

Awesome! Finally some really good vegan cheese alternative! I recommend the shamembert blue cheese type. All my non vegan friends also love it.
A bit on the pricey side but super delicious and very good customer service.

Absolutely amazing. Forget tasteless supermarket vegan cheese, made from coconut fat, here you will find vegan fermented nut cheeses, with the creaminess and flavour of stilton, gorgonzola and loads more!

Love this place. The cashew based cheeses are amazing! And the staff very helpful. The only criticism is that with the cheeses I bought, some fat had seeped through the packaging leaving everything else in my shopping bag a bit greasy by the time I got home. It’s not worth losing a star for though!

I'd love to be able to say I'd tasted Fauxmagerie's cheese and it was great. Unfortunately I've been trying to shop online for several days, and everything (I mean everything) is sold out. I tried contacting them to query this, where they promise a swift response. Nobody has responded. Looking at the blog, quite a few people have been complaining about this over recent weeks and it seems to be related to managing demand. If they're so bad at that that they have zero stock, and they don't even bother to answer customer queries, I can't see how they will last. The one star is for the fact that the shop exists and in the hope that they will sort this out.

We bought cheeses from here for our wedding reception as we had lots of vegan and dairy-free guests coming. They were really helpful in the shop in letting me try samples. We were very impressed by the range of cheeses and guests loved them on the day.

Fabulous, bought some 'blue cheese', 'Cheddar' and 'ricotta' - all very delicious, along with some of the pear, pickled walnut and sultana chutney ????????. Staff are wonderful and very welcoming. Will be back shortly.

The most awful customer service I’ve ever encountered. There is no desire to help after the product has left them, or even any desire to be courteous. Truly gobsmacked at the arrogance and rudeness of the managers. I see I am not the only customer to have experienced this. It is such a shame, these young new business owners have a lot to learn about looking after their customers and since they are essentially a distribution business for local independent products their unprofessional and arrogant manner in dealing with ( potentially very high spending and long term ) customers really misrepresents their suppliers and if I were one I would not want to be represented by this business. I shall look elsewhere for these products. I shall also be contacting the suppliers and have recorded my dealings with this business.
Please support a business that cares about its customers, this is not one!

So impressed with this place! Went in and they were super helpful, loads of samples to taste and everything was delicious! Went with a blue cheese and a crumbly cheddar type thing with great texture. Wish I lived nearer!

Friendly informative staff
Huge selection of vegan cheese made from various ingredients.
A really nice cashew blue with spirulina, one with a strip of beetroot juice, a dark charcoal & truffle.
I took a selection to a dinner party and there were lots of positive comments about the taste & how pretty they all looked!
Oh, and a few crackers!

First time trying a vegan cheesemonger and omg not the last! I was surprised by the variety of cheese they have and all of them so different and unusual. The staff were lovely too and they made us taste all the cheese. How nice! We went for few cheese and we weren't disappointed. All of them were really good! My favorite ones are probably the truffle and the Marmite ones. I will definitely come back to buy cheese again later because it was delicious!

Been desperate to come here every since they opened, so came as soon as I got to London! I knew to expect a queue outside the door, didn't expect the wait to be so long but it was understandable when they were letting people taste the cheeses before buying. Asked for a recommendation and did my fair share of tasting before going for a chilli cheeze ball, a rosemary wheel and a slice of farmhouse. All absolutely delicious, although the paper the farmhouse was wrapped in didn't hold up too well.
The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, I only wish I could afford to visit more often!

Bad customer service. As soon as they send product to you, they don't care what's happening to it. Attitude is not what you want when you are emailing with problem and they seem to have a lot of it. Don't order from this company.
