NOT TRUSTWORTHY - DO NOT EVER use this company... they are now part of XE Money Transfer and service is absolutely shocking.. failed to make a payment 3 times and now they have told us we will lose hundreds of pounds on this transfer just because THEY FAILED to make the payment. NOT COMPETENT. Reasons they gave for failed payments were INCORRECT. DO NOT USE!!!

Only been here a couple of times to Bracknell on quick business trip great bunch of people work in this office thanks for looking after me. Thanks to PNC Executive Cars Airport Transfer Chauffeur Service for the trips to Heathrow and Bracknell and putting up with my last minute change of plans.

Just signed up with HiFX, which was a very easy process online. Arranged a transfer from UK bank account to a Spanish recipient. That was easy as well. Payment took 48 hours to be received, not a problem but could be if immediate funds were required. Much better rate than my Bank and no fee ! . Very happy.

The phone was answered quickly once you have pressed two buttons to get through to the right person but the person who answers the phone is not able to quote exchange rates. This is a service provider that specializes in foreign transactions! Also, it is possible to use your debit card to transfer money on-line but not if you phone them. Surely they can make it easier to do business with them.

Simply BE AWARE of this company! Takes your money and keeps on hold for weeks in the name of fake intermediary bank and gambles till they fetch better currency rate! Bottom line they will sell your own money to you after deducting a good amount of fees for their rubbish service!!!

HiFX - 1 GBP = 195.4625 LKR
Azimo - 1 GBP = 201.13788 LKR
XE - 1 GBP = 202.572 LKR
Do not trust HiFX as their rates and service are ridiculous . Azimo provides better service and fast and reliable.
