I have been using Red Star for a couple of years now for both major and minor car problems and today they fixed the plate on the underneath of my car that was loose. Each time I have visited this garage, their professional manner and excellent customer service has always left me feeling impressed and now I would never consider taking my car elsewhere. I have availed to the services of many garages in the East London area, and I can only place my trust in the Red Star garage, none of the other places in this area inspire confidence.

I want to thank Norman and all the staff at Red Star. The most genuine experience I ever had. Norman managed to diagnose the fault with Suspension and tyre. Norman sorted out the issue on my E90. My car perfectly fine now, thanks to you all. I will be a returning customer. I would definitely recommend this garage.

I'm usually far too lazy to post reviews, however, the service from Red Star was too good not to mention. It's rare to find a garage whose quality and professionalism is only topped by their honesty and transparency and so I cannot recommend them enough!!

If Carlsberg did Motoring repairs then Red Star would probably be the best mechanics in the world. I'm sixty two yrs and this place is the best I've ever used. Better than any leading brands and I've used a few. Don't take my word try for yourself you will not be disappointed.

Parking is a problem, but there are two free 2 hour bays just opposite.

I went there this morning with a flat tyre due to a screw. I didn't book but they saw me straight away. The mechanic fixed it despite it going in diagonally. He also told me what he was doing along the way. Very quick friendly service. Will definitely recommend this STAR of a mechanic!

Good service great bunch of lads here. boss is a good guy he runs it well with quick as poss work not milking jobs like others do. I had a performance full race exhaust system fitted from the cat back needed a little tweeking to fit but these guys managed it at a good price too. Also a funny bunch of lads jokes non stop makes the day go quicker

A friend introduced them to me years ago and ever since then they've maintained my previous and current car. I've recommended them to friends, who also now use them.
All the staff are friendly, honest and down to earth. So when they tell you, you need to spend some money on something, or its not worth it, they're no bull$hitting you.
My mate even has his classic VW Camper maintenance work done here, that's how accommodating they are, if they can do the work.

These lot are great! Staff are lovely and very helpful. I had a starting problem with my Mazda 2 and they guys really didn't give up on it. After a couple of visits it finally got sorted. I have been to them a few times now and would highly recommend them. I liaised with Norman and Raj.

Very friendly garage, the owner Norman seemed genuine and professional, got my diagnosis and repairs done swiftly. They are VAT registered and do Warranty work as well which is a bonus. Definitely recommend this place and will be going back in the future for any mechanical needs.

I drive a highly tuned R33 nissan skyline and red star are the ONLY garage I would trust to work on my car I've been coming here since I was 17 am now 28 and have never had any problems with them. Very friendly staff and I've never had any complaints with them. In my opinion the best garage hands down in East London. Would highly recommend and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

I don't think I can add to all that has been posted about this wonderful East End garage. Wherever you're based in London, give them a go. I left the place feeling I paid less than they deserved. These are really good guys who aren't into ripping people off. If it helps anyone, I drive a Honda CRV.
