A pleasant place to spend some time.. Plenty of paths to take you in different directions, as well as it leading to a regular park green and small activity area for the smaller kids...

Good place to walk the dog in wet weather as there is a path all around. Lots of interesting trees and plants. Children's playground.

Newly discovered by us, nice peaceful place to walk/exercise nearby. Lots of birds and other wildlife to see. Obviously ongoing conservation projects so will be interesting to revisit to see progress and watch wildlife again. Easily reachable by bus or walking. Not sure if any car parking nearby. Also not sure if any toilet facilities on site.

Nice woods to walk through old established trees and pond and very small playground area. Signs stating that the Grass is not being cut at the moment to help wildlife butterflies etc.

This is an Ancient Woodland that means it is over 400 years old, and it is a lovely place to simply get away from all the stresses of modern life.
