Completely unprofessional. It feels like this company is being ran by one person that lives in their grandmas basement!
I have emailed numerous times and have had no response to a course I am taking, which is preventing me from finishing the course. A complete waste of time.
I've called several times and every time the call ends up going through to an answering machine that is full!
It is a real shame because the course was good.

This looks very much like lead accademy which deteriorated last year and has subsequently ended all it's good courses and replaced them with childish cartoon content.

During my courses anything and everything that I needed was provided for me by Alpha Academy - support, step-by-step instructions, help, and advice. I felt very well taken care of and was able to complete my program in few weeks and claim the certificate right after that. Strongly recommended to others.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been trying to get answers for a part of my course I am stuck on since 20 Jan 2020. I have had to keep emailing every few days to see if the tutor has responded to me only to be ignored. I can't find a complaints number anywhere. I am due to open my business in April and need this course to do so. Complete waste of time and money. I would use another company and save yourself a month long wait for answers.

This has been one of the best nail courses I've ever taken! I love to learn new things but sometimes attending nail classes in person can be expensive, or inconvenient, and you may not feel like you really get out of it everything you were hoping, especially factoring in the cost of resources and travel.

I have done the leadership and management course. For me it was a good experience actually, the course contents are impressive and systematic on how really to apply in real world, it really helps me a lot. after passing the final exam, the certificate upon request, it arrived on time in my Country (Asia). Base in my experience I recommended it.

DO NOT BUY A COURSE FROM HERE. The company are a scam, course content is a few toutube videos thrown together, and when asked for refund they kept advising had been processed for three weeks, still no refund. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID AND PURCHASE AN ONLINE COURSE FROM ALPHA ACADEMY
