Today is my daughters last day at Here We Grow. We moved and she will be changing schools. Here we Grow has been amazing and my daughter has learned so much from her teachers. The staff is great and we will miss everyone. She has really excelled in learning and I'm so thankful that we had a wonderful experience with Here We Grow.

My son was here for 3+ years. The preschool program was great. He was able to transported to school and back during Kindergarten and then to daycare from school after first grade. The summer programs are excellent. The staff knew my child's name within the first day or two and were very patient when he threw tantrums. He has a lot of energy and it not always the easiest to deal with and they had very few issues! The kids are well cared for and have fun each day. The facility is clean and the staff seems happy.

At first I loved working here, then they left me in a class by myself, don't get me wrong, I loved my kids and cared for them so well, but working here was not. The kids were well taken care of (minus the fact of inconsistency with teachers, because they get treated bad). I don't recommend working here unless you like the management being unfair towards employees, they never have the same standards for everyone, they leave you by yourself to teach a bunch of kids in a stressful situation and blame you if you don't tell them you're stressed, even though they know it is stressful. Basically after a 4 month period they start caring less and less about you.

Constant drama going on with the staff. They sometimes hire unqualified family members over professionally trained teachers. One such teacher was awful with the kids in the two year old room. She was verbally and physically rough with the kids and could barely communicate with the parents. The preschool area was like a basement dungeon. The staff is nice to your face until you leave the center. Then they refuse to talk to you at all. Check out Skool Days, they are incredible for similar cost and a much better facility.

Awesome place to take your children!! My son loved his experience with Here We Grow. They focus on the child's social and learning skills by providing activities and education that help them develop. The Staff there has always been great to me and my son. I highly recommend them!!!

If you are looking for a place for your children to be loved and cared for like you would be doing at home, then this is the place to go! I was really concerned about taking my kids to a different daycare than what they were used to, but we needed something that worked with our schedule. We looked around at different daycare's for three weeks prior to coming here and I can't be happier upon finding this place. When I first walked into Here We Grow the facility smelled clean which was a big thing for me. I was greeted by a girl named Justine, she was really friendly and answered all my questions. I toured the facility and she explained everything in detail. Since starting, they have kept constant and open communication with me, my child receives what they call a cuddle gram every day noting how well he ate throughout the day and how often he has been changed. Everyday that i have picked him up I have talked to his teacher Ms. Jen and she tells me how well he napped and how he felt throughout the day as well. My 23 mo old has already blossomed so much since switching daycare's we have only been going for a week and a half but the change I am seeing in him is amazing, he is eating better and talking more. He already knows his teachers names and he is now happy to be dropped off in the morning! Ms. Amy is the Morning toddler teacher and she is always so happy and upbeat. They are on a food program and they change the menu daily, which is awesome, that way my kids are given a variety and healthy choices too. They offer breakfast, lunch and three snacks throughout the day. I can not say enough about Here We Grow, Ms. Joanne has picked some of the best people to care for your kids! They are amazing and I can't wait to get to meet everyone at Here We Grow, and have the staff here become part of our family. Thank you so much for everything that you do!

It was a good place. I liked that the kids go places over the summer. Sad that they changed the policy to charge a full time rate regardless of how many days a week (2-3 days) your child attended.

Being a recent former employee, I think this review needed to be written. The teachers are all amazing with the children and take good care of them. It's the management team that I disagree with. On accident reports they will leave things out, not say what completely happened, or will sometimes even slightly change the story. There were a couple incidents that happened and Justine told us not to write a report or tell the parents. The new lady Caressa often has a very stern tone of voice with the children while talking to them, and since she has started working at HWG i have had nothing but issues with things that were never a problem before. There is other staff as well as parents that I know are having complications and issues with her also. JoAnne frequently 'forgets' when teachers ask to talk to her about things and she puts it off as long as she can. When I put my 2 weeks notice in she asked me to continue bringing my son there so we could all keep in contact and I told her I would. Out of my 2 weeks I worked 2 days and then was told I was not needed because they hired someone else. They erased all of mine and my sons information from the computer and collected his belongings and told me to schedule a time to get them. So I asked her if he wasn't allowed to go there anymore even though I was still paying her for his tuition. She told me she wanted to talk to me multiple times, but when I met with her she didn't talk about anything, just sent me on my way. When she finally did talk with me, she told me there was no room for him. She is still being paid for him to attend but I can't get her to talk to me about it and re-enter his information. When I ask her a good time for me to go in to talk she just says it's too busy and she'll get back to me the next day. Out of the whole month that she was paid for, my son got to go 6 times and then she kicked us out of the system and told me he couldn't attend anymore cause there was no room for him. I recommend this daycare as it is a safe and fun place for kids, but I highly suggest dealing with management as little as possible.
