Highly DO NOT RECCOMEND. I purchased 3 tyres from here all of which have been leaking slowly since purchase over the last 2 weeks. I rang up and was told to pop by and I mentioned I had previously had this similar issue after the alloys hadnt been cleaned down when being changed over. This was not an issue and was easily resolved before. However, this time I was told it would cost me a further £90 but I would get a a discount bringing it to £60 ???? after having already paid for 3 tyre 2 weeks prior. Rather confused I explained my previous experience again, and was rudly cut off and told they had more experience than Harrys tyres, well clearly not as the 3 tyres you changed are leaking and the one Harry's changed 2 months ago is completey fine. Additionally the owner seamed to get rather frustrated and was hung up on when i said "I thought this was an autosalvage yard",suggesting it would be cheaper than a speacilst tyre place. If you don't like the name of your business or if that is not the case, may I suggest you change or remove the later part of name..... Autosalvage? As it is rather suggestive. Hugely, dissapointed in your poor services, poor complaints handling and communication, and unnecessary attitude with customers, you were so lovely when I was paying you 2 weeks ago and talking about your dogs. Now a week prior to Christmas I am left with 3 leaky wheels and will have to go elsewhere to get it fixed, excellent. Lesson to be learnt here, don't try and get things done on the cheap, especially places where you go in to fix one thing to walk out with another problem ????

Money money money ???? this is all their interested in. Tried to charge £10 for a 2" long fuel rail link that Albert Looms Derby gave us for free. One particular male member of staff is consistently rude & the woman owner Emma equally is disrespectful. Save your money by going to Albert Looms off the A52 Derby for a massive site great stock & excellent value for money & little things they often give away free of charge something R&Z wouldn't dream of.

Very disappointing, this breakers yard used to be helpful years ago but isn't anymore. Everything is just about the money, no wonder people buy from Internet sites. Goodbye to the old fashioned style scrapyard where you could just go in and get the parts you required. Wouldn't sell just one wheel to replace a damaged one you have to purchase a full set.....

Called up for a price of a tyre and the gentleman quoted me a ridiculous price and then started bad moththing other established businesses in the area what sad person this gentleman is !! Obviously he's not very professional and has not established customes so therefore feels he needs to call others businesses!! Fact is he was trying to rip me off and I went to the company that he was calling and they fitted me a tyre for a fraction of the cost r and z quoted and I was very happy with their professional service!! Do not use this business as they are not fit to be in business these days !! I shall be sharing my thoughts to all freinds and family!!

Bought used tyre which they fitted all in for £30, then had TPMS issue, they had broken the sensor valve and fitted a standard one (which they had not told me at time of fitting), refused to take any responsibility for the broken sensor other than offered to fit a new one if i bought from main dealer. Got main dealer to fit new sensor as couldn't trust these to be able to fit correctly. Gave 2 stars as they were initially helpful and tyre looks ok, would have been more if they were honest and sorted their mistakes
