An excellent platform to engage with fellow speakers and colleagues in an easy-going yet professional environment to enable all stake holders to benefit equally from the great TM evenings every 2nd and 4th Monday evenings at the BASF site. Would highly recommend to everyone who wants to improve his/her public speaking skills (in English) and/or would like to hone his/her leadership skills. Toastmasters International (TMI) gibt es seit über 90 Jahren und ist in Deutschland weitestgehend unbekannt. Vordergründig geht es um das Selbststraining in Redekunst und von Führungseigenschaften. Tatsächlich wird dadurch die mentale Stärke trainiert und damit eine gute Grundlage für Burn-Out-Prävention gebildet.
