Damn f****ing hate it. Unprofessional and rude staff. Treating very badly. Waste of time. Queues which can take more than 10 to 15 minutes. At a convenient location but what use because of these reasons. Use online services is highly recommended, which offer good rates than any offline medium. Please don't visit this branch. Hell no to this. Also unsafe because of many antisocial elements around this area. Even though located opposite to east ham underground please don't come here. Go somewhere else or use online service. This branch is a disgrace to any business. Online services like transferwise is recommended.

Customer service is very poor at this location. Some of their staff were rude and may treat you badly. Recommended to use their online services as you would get better rates for money transfer services.
