I brought this system knowing that the company sells to installers. Not end users. I am ok at DIY and was able to install the alarm. If I'd called out a company every time I needed changes it would have been expensive. However, many of the problems would not have occurred if it had been fitted by a professional. Overall, its got better. My wifi set up is more robust, I know how to code keys, fit additional products, change batteries etc. There are now more instructional videos on how to set the system up than there was when I first made my purchase (4 years ago). My latest addition has been the light camera; this is excellent. Connection so far without fault; images superb, link to my phone instant. Overall it is a great system that enables you to change/ adapt security for your own needs. If your not competent at DIY electrics and wifi set up then get a professional installer. If your willing to learn and spend time then self installation is possible. Having learned how it works I am very happy with my purchase.

This company is a absolute joke, they do not quality test there bell boxes and wifi modules I’ve been installing the enforcer systems for 4 years now over 35 per month and the recent ones are getting faulty WiFi modules and bell box (wireless supervision fault) Sort it out otherwise we WILL be going elsewhere WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT THE MOMENT.

Forget about any support unless you go through an installer. No manufacturer support at all. Very disappointing.

Possible this is the worst customer service I have ever used.. the app is very tricky to setup and needs technical support to assist .. be prepared to ruin your day.

Fairly disappointing alarm system. Recently had a Pyronix enforcer wireless alarm installed. The system itself operates fine but a major selling point was the HomeControl app which allows you to remotely monitor the alarm. However as most reviews on Google Play and Apple appstore have mentioned, this app itself is diabolical. It is very basic and very temperamental. Very often it just times out without even allowing you to connect and see the status of the alarm and sensors. This was a major selling point for me which now transpired to be hugely misleading and I would say I was conned with this functionality - it simply is NOT fit for purpose. If you are looking for a smart connected alarm, do not go with Pyronix.

When an organisation won't allow a member of the public to speak to someone in their technical department, and insist that they should submit product questions by email, they make a mistake. How long would a conversation take, compared to a series (as it would need to be) of emails to type and hold the same conversation? How does it make the caller feel to know that the organisation has two classes of communication: instant for other businesses, but dragged out over a series of emails, that's inconvenient (but seemingly necessary) to both, for the public. Nobody and no organisation should ever be unwilling to talk to a direct or indirect potential customer, for they just might lose that potential order.

Quite possibly the worst customer service ever. Why can't you ask a simple question to a company. This would save so much time and effort! Will be replacing this Pyronix Enforcer
