Fantastic service from Pete and his team. Quick response and able to meet all of our requirements including the installation of an up rated alarm system, smart water, fog cannons, CCTV and a door entry system. Pete outlined how the project would be run and delivered to the tee. The quality of his work was top drawer, you cannot see a single cable. He seems to have a magic wand when it comes to hiding the cables. He also performed a full handover on all systems installed which was massively beneficial. Something I haven't experienced previously with other providers. We have continued to use Moore's ongoing maintenance and monitoring services. 100% recommendation here! No hesitation in terms of a recommendation. Keep up the great work Pete.

All contacts by email acknowledged quickly. Peter also attended site quickly to quote and discuss work requirement.
Once carrying out the work, Peter was very tidy and respectful of the property. The installation of the CCTV was clean and all cables hidden. Trustworthy company.

I live just under an hour from where they are based. Came out and quoted for an installation. Very knowledgeable and gave what I saw as a very competitive quote for an installation with a number of HiKVision ColorVu IP cameras. My house didn't have cavity walls and the eaves were not accessible which made cable hiding very difficult. Despite this, the installation was done very professionally with only minimal exposure of conduit and with the cameras placed on dedicated based looking very neat.
Overall job was done by Peter who was very friendly. The job was finish to a high standard, on the agreed dates and to the original quoted cost.
I would definitely recommend using this company and would be happy to use them again.

Technical advice was invaluable - everything was explained as many times as needed to me and my elderly mother. Great after service, was happy to answer any final operating questions we had. Fantastic service, honestly I would recommend getting any security camera or alarms system fitted by Peter. I done my research for pricing seriously well priced, quality work clean tidy very honest and even advised me on not getting something done as it was fine, who else would be that honest all others where trying to sell me an add on.
I'm in Birmingham and he came out as promised on time in the snow 2nd March 18 . (Remember the beast from the east weather!). seriously don't hesitate and search around I've done all that research just book with out any fears or doubt 100%.
