I initially contacted ZAP Electrics to install a Ring Doorbell for me. Whilst they were on the job, they noticed some faulty work done by another electrician and fixed It for me without hesitation. Not only did they do a flawless job, they went over and above for me by coming to my house out of hours and doing more jobs than I initially requested and ensuring they didn’t leave until it was all done.
They exceeded my expectations and I will be reccomending them to my family and friends.

They came the next day, found and fixed the issue, went up and beyond the original ask, gave sound advice for future work and stuck to the agreed price.
I was constantly kept updated on when they were coming (phone and text).
Work was clean, tidy, efficient and done to a high level of quality.

Highly recommend them, they are lovely trustable, reliable people they dont interfere and they get on with there work non stop, the best 2 people I have come across they came and sorted all my electric out that my last electrician left behind with a biggest mess ever,no one else wanted to do the job after looking at it, but then there was zap electrics who said dont worry ???? I would give them more than 5 star if I could ,so if you need an electrician call the loveliest Zap electrics.
