Oliver was our estate agent for my first move to London for me and my housemate. I couldn’t fault the service, he was so helpful in the search, and found a place that ticked all our boxes. Oliver is very kind and genuine and very easy to talk to, he did everything and anything to help us from keeping us updated with our offer, informing us of the best way to do things and also conducted a couple more viewings as requested to make sure we were comfortable with the property. He even went back again to get some measurements for me! Honestly an amazing guy, really friendly, really helpful, knows his stuff and goes the extra mile. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Oliver!!

After 7 years in London, this is the first good experience I’ve had with a Lettings agency. Madeleine was extremely helpful from start to finish. I could be honest with Madeleine about what I was looking for and willing to spend and she understood my needs, only offering something worthwhile. As a freelancer it’s often difficult to prove income but Madeleine worked with me to prove what I needed and I always felt like I had someone on my team on the other end of the phone. Oliver and Mark were both very helpful in the transition whenever Madeleine was unavailable and I felt like I was speaking to one team at Chard who communicates effectively amongst the office. 5 stars all around!

They have been attentive throughout the process, and our agent continues to check in on us and let us know of any important information without us having to ask.
