Plumbforce Direct - Do not give this company any money. Their customer service is a joke. I paid them £650 to fix a leak which I discovered the next day was not fixed .. but when you call them to let them know that there is still a problem (i told them its an emergency because my floor was flooded) they tell you "sure we will have someone call you." I called them every hour after this and they said the same thing without anything happening. They should feel ashamed of themselves since they are clearly scamming their customers and must have an internal policy to prevent having to give refunds. crooks.
