It is WeWork like here in Boston. Very nice but will it will be around in a year's time? As the FT said - is subletting office space a tech industry, that attracts those valuation? Given the pulled IPO and ejection of the CEO / founder - probably not

WeWork is noisy, too focussed on crazy group spaces and misses so many opportunities to offer genuinely useful spaces for young companies. There is also the well publicized concern that in a years time they might not even be here - I’d exercise real caution before jumping feet first in.

It’s fun to share member experience but the cleaning is terrible. Dust on top of the coffee machines, toilet roll regularly all over the floor & the offices never get cleaned properly. When you want to get a coffee there are often no cups

I am a WeWork member based here and it is really good! Whilst it is quite expensive, it makes up for it in the fact that you don't need to worry about anything once you're in there. They only ask for a one month commitment so if you need to scale quickly or just need a short term base it's ideal.

Great space to work it! Really like the design, atmosphere and vibe. Only issue I have is with my company network on the Wi-Fi and connecting to the meeting room screens (probably more my company issue than WeWork).

Visited during some kind of party. People were walking around eating Nutripots and playing table football. It looked like a scene from Nathan Barley, in fact I was surprised nobody was riding about on a unicycle.

The meeting rooms are mostly located around the communal areas, hence are very noisy and have no airflow so you need to open the door occasionally. Would pick another WeWork for sure.
