Having moved flats 9 times in London alone, I must say Circa provided the best experience throughout the process. From arranging the viewing to moving in, Carina really took the stress away out of the entire process. The exceptional service continues even after moving in, where all requests are taken care off promptly. Would definitely recommend.

Circa London found me the perfect apartment with just two viewings. I think it’s because Ashley Whitbourn listened closely to what I wanted and didn’t take me to places he could see were not right. I was impressed by his knowledge of the area and the fact that he was fully informed on aspects of both properties, even knowing about planning decisions on similar ones. I didn’t sell through him as I lived well outside his area but I have no doubt, seeing the professional way he conducted himself, that he would do a good job on selling as well.

I had a wonderful experience renting a flat from Carina at Circa London, with the service being friendly, efficient and honest. The condition of the furnishings and the flat itself was fully faithful to the one shown in the advertisement, which was an absolutely positive experience compared to some other agencies' practice.
As an EU citizen who just recently moved to the UK I especially appreciated the helpful and professional approach of Carina and Marissa, which resulted in me moving in to a flat that perfectly fit my preferences in a matter of days.

We chose CIRCA LONDON to look after the letting of our flat on the River Thames some years ago . Their office was near our building, they had a good reputation and we hoped that they also had local knowledge and experience. We have dealt with many other London agencies over the years and we were pleased to find CIRCA LONDON, a young and vibrant firm. They proved to be great and did a fantastic job keeping the apartment let for years. On the basis of that success we asked them to handle the sale of the flat when the time had come to part with it.
CIRCA found us a buyer almost immediately.
As expected, in this difficult time, there were obstacles and delays in the sale process. It was for the determination and perseverance of our agent Manuela Conti that it progressed well in the face of adversity. She was truly amazing in handling a somewhat difficult situation with professionalism, grace and aplomb.
We can’t thank her and the team at CIRCA enough for all their help and support. It was a great pleasure to have them look after us and gave us confidence both during the let period and finally the sale of the apartment. CIRCA LONDON is a great young agency on their way up and we wish them well and thank them for all their good work . Mostly, though, they are fantastic people and a pleasure to work with.

Like in the recent insurance claim, even though both the Developer and the Estate Manager has rejected the claim, and I have given up too despite I felt unfair, through Kasia’s persistence and resourcefulness, she manages to get agreement to the claim from the insurance company directly. Her effort is highly appreciated.

Defiantly fake review going on here, you really should have a look of other bad review. This is the real review. They will charge you 400 pounds for light cleaning, more than 1000 pounds in total includes damage was not done by you and can’t be locate in Check-In report. and won’t find solution for you to take your deposit back. They treat you like walking wallet, not client. And of course, they will always tell you it’s our fault , see it your self. Defiantly will not recommend. Bloody vampires to their landlords and to their tenants.
And I update.
After disputing with DPS we get our money back.
Took us literally months to go through this.
So advice is DONT GO WITH THEM

We had a positive experience with Circa agents overall but there was an issue that caused some inconvenience. We signed the contract without visiting the flat and before moving in, we asked the agent with Circa whether there was already a router at the property (since the internet provider indicated there might be one). The agent did not say there was one even though they had done a video flat tour before. We ordered a router but when we moved in, we saw there already was one so we had to send the extra one back.
