We recently worked with Savills (& their excellent representatives Ms. Dang & Mr. Butler) to purchase a flat. They were extraordinarily helpful, responsive, and went out of their way to do the absolute best they could for us. Keep in mind that we were the buyers! It's easy for an estate agent to be on the side of the sellers -- it's where their interests are aligned of course -- but true professionals understand that both parties need to be coordinated for a successful sale. Stephanie & Ben were involved helpfully every step of the way, and our journey to home ownership would likely have been very different if not for their sustained efforts. We recommend Savills highly!

Stephanie Dang was my sales negotiator and her knowledge, attitude, integrity, reliability and enthusiasm was just ASTONISHING! Although I didn't put an offer for the flat, I still wanted to give a feedback as I met so many agents over the years and she was just INCREDIBLE She knew everything about all the new and old developments in Canary Wharf. She knows the area inside out! She answered all my questions with enthusiasm and also honesty which you really need from an estate agent as a prospective buyer or a tenant. Although she had a meeting at the time I suggested a viewing, she made the maximum effort and rushed her meeting to get our appointment, left me voice messages on her way etc. Even when I indicated that the flat isn't for me and said I don't want to waste her time by asking her to show me the facilities, she still showed them to me with the same enthusiasm. Very pleased overall.

I worked mainly with Eric and Stephanie in order to sell my flat. Both of them very professional, helpful and understandable. Selling a flat in Covid times is tricky, so a big thumbs up to them for managing to get it done.
An area of improvement would be in terms of customer communications while the flat is on the market. I am sure they were focusing on trying to find a buyer for us, but more regular feedback would have been nice.

Andrew and his team have deep knowlwdge about the rental market and provide support each of the way through the letting process.
Andrew and his team are also very hands on. This can be demonstrated by the fact that Andrew turned up for the initial viewing and providing professional assessment of the rental market trend and recommending rental amount.
Adding to the fact that Savills is a well established reputable compan. This means that it has access to high quality professionals such as photographers to which I personally met with and am very satisfied with the quality of the photos.
Finally, due to its reputable brand, the quality of the potential tenants are noticeably higher than average.
This is the second time I used Savills for tenant search and I would highly recommend Andrew and his team on the grounds of their subject matter knowledge and professionalism.

We were looking for something in the narrow street region and we had contacted Antony Cherriman for a viewing . Our first call was very positive and he hit the ground running right from that point. Over the course of next three months Antony helped us in every aspect of our deal. Being a first time buyer I can not recommend him and savills more. Starting with viewing ( I think we had 3 lengthy viewings) then negotiation and recommending good solicitor, he kept us helping without getting tired or a tiny bit annoyed. During the course of the transaction we had more than 50 phone calls and mails exchanges and needless to say his suggestions/recommendations were extremely helpful on every occasion.

We have prepared works for this agency to sell our apartment in South Quay Plaza. But their office is complete chaos, whereby staff doesn’t respond to calls/emails, and finds absurd excuses why they could not respond e.g. „I could not call you as scheduled, as I am working from home office” (=presumably in a bunker)
AVOID, if you value your time, there are far better agents in East London....
