Really friendly atmosphere and you learn alongside students from all walks of life. Alan was an excellent teacher and the other artists are brilliant and really supportive. You learn a good introduction towards both the theoretical and practical aspects of tattooing within the two weeks. It went too quickly!

Incredible, is all I can really say! I took a course here yesterday and the teaching is on point, the teacher is so funny and down to earth, couldn't of asked for a better experience, you'll be tattooing and piercing in no time taking a course with these guys, my teacher was Suny who is a star!????

Hi just attended the Tattoo course I found the teacher and the team absolutely amazing! They were so patient with made feel at ease and comfortable. From the time I booked I was called by the team and given all the information needed. I am now in the process of opening my own studio. I can not praise and thank the Uk Official Tattoo Academy enough!
If you are considering become a Tattoo Artist these are the people you want to go with!!!

Just a big no! Not what I expected. Teacher without experience, not a tattoo artist, not even an artist, he said he can't draw! I am very disappointed. Waste of money and time.

I just completed a tattoo course in April 2019 what can I say the teachers are great we had 3 tattoo teachers which are all great tattoo artist which was awesome !!! from as soon as you walk through the academy doors relaxed and welcome environment hits you !!!! trust me do this course !!! and I cant wait to see you all again at the London tattoo convention :)

What can I say but the teacher was just hundred percent brilliant. I was a little hesitant in booking as I wasn't sure if I could study being at a certain older age but this wasn't the case I am now in the process of opening my own studio.

I had to cancel my reservation four months before the start. The entire deposit paid, they don't want to refund me. This is not written on the site. Four months ago! I asked info about the license, and the person at the phone was so confuse about it, asking me to send emails for info, wich no one had answered.

Paid a deposit for semi-permanent makeup course. I was never contacted regarding a start date, and left many messages both with a member of staff and e-mail. Three months later I still have no start date, no communication from them, or received a refund of my deposit.

I recently just finished the 2nd-13th July Tattoo course, and it’s the best, most helpful 2 weeks I’ve had in a long time, not only did I learn so much, but it was in a lovey environment, alongside amazing people and teachers
I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to have a future in Tattoo Artistry to do this course! Alan the teacher is not only a lovely person, but he teaches in a way that it just stays in your memory, I’ve learn so much, and sad that it’s finished, thank you for the experience

I went on the piercing course the start of september.over the two days we did so much including practical .I left with a lot of knowledge and confidence to pierce people safely .I now work as a full time piercer and loving it . It is amazing that I have Sabrina to contact if I'm unsure of anything .so it's not just a case of you have done the course now your on your own.

If you are serious about tattooing and finding it hard to get your foot in the door with an apprenticeship like I was! This is the place to come to. Alan your mentor/ teacher, is an absolute lad! Literally have so much respect for him doing this! As a group of artist, all wanting to learn how to tattoo. I couldn't of met a nicer bunch everyone helping each other, even when it came to the final part of the course. You bond with these people enough to where, if they don't have anyone to tattoo. Everyone said I will do it for you and let you tattoo me. Once it's over, the course I mean. You then have the knowledge to push for a apprenticeship as you understand what other studios want to see when you walk through the door. Or you are able to do what some have, like myself and start your own studio. My one thing I would say before doing this is. We all are artist in one form. Wether it's pencil, pen, paint. Realism, geometric, old school. But everyone has there style that they do. My advice! Start drawing everything. Every style. With anything. And put it in a portfolio. Because that's what tattoo studios want. Versatility. I never thought I would draw out of my comfort zone! But now I will draw it all if needed for a client.
Apart from this being the best thing that has happened to me. Thanks go to Alan! Chris! And the others at black diamond! And uk tattoo academy for making it possible for people like myself to be able to push a dream! You are all incredible! And I will drop in and see everyone at the studio again soon

all in all i truley enjoyed my time in the course. the whole staff at the acadmy were welcoming and helpfull for the whole duration of the course. however i believe there is a lot of room for improvment and that i could get a lot more in return for the money i invested.

Scare menagerie. why would u said this phrase on ur site home page? "Securing your place on one of our tattooing courses could not be easier." It doesn't sound a promising business venue if they think this phrase will bring them customers they must be a fool with daydreaming, arrogance, ignorance & egomaniacs.
