Great training day for my first aid. Started the day a little nervous but left very confident with what I was tought. Covid rules followed to such a high standard. Ricky the trainer was top notch, (jokes not so much haha) overall excellent delivery of high standard information. Would definitely recommend to anyone or any company. ????

I spent the last 3 days here doing my First Aid Training and enjoyed it throughout. It was my first time doing something like this so was quite nervous but Ricky gets you involved and I soon felt at ease. Some great advice given and learnt some valuable life skills. Would definitely recommend.

I did the 3 day first aid course. I found it very informative and useful. I found the trainer to be very good and keep it light hearted throwing in the odd joke here and there. Would definitely use again.

I was dreading doing my first aid training for the first time, but Ricky made the course an enjoyable experience, and made sure we were having fun whilst learning. I can now say that I feel 100% more confident in my first aid abilities than I did going into the course.

I have just attended a two day First Aid Refresher Course at Direct Training. The course was really well delivered and the trainer Ricky was entertaining, engaging and informative throughout which kept the learning process interesting! I feel that the course has allowed me to brush up on the vital First Aid skills I had already learned from Ricky on my course with him 3 years earlier. The centre is also a friendly and welcoming environment which adhered to the Covid regulations well and we even had lunch ordered in for us both days which was a really nice touch! Thank you and see you again in 3 years!!!

Very professional business, modern premises with all facilities, Covid 19 safe, personal resuscianne for duration of course, good food provided, hot and cold drinks on tap all day, currently plenty of car parking, generally excellent experience thank you.

As a company RSS Infrastructure Welding (formally Carillon Welding) have been using Direct Training for a number of years.
Last week I completed my FAW refresher.
The course and trainer (Ricky) is amazing as always. Ricky even had some new jokes ????????????♀️
The facility is a very comfortable and safe environment.
Covid measures are in place and working very well.

Attended a FAW at direct training ..Ricky was excellent ..made you feel relaxed which is important in the current climate but he does a tremendous job in making the premises COVID secure ..supply of hand sanitizer and wipes for each candidate and supplied dinner that you get to choose.. well done Ricky

Having completed a First Aid at Work Refresher Course I am pleased to say Ricky is as informative and engaging as ever.
Due to COVID restrictions class numbers are reduced, but the quality of training is first class and delivered in a safe environment, with masks, gloves and hand sanitizer available throughout the course. All health & safety precautions in place, including temperature readings on entry to the building. Great course for refreshing skills and confidence for this first aider! Thank you.

I recently attended a 3 Day First Aid at Work course at Direct Training GB Ltd and everything about it was absolutely excellent. Ricky the trainer was very knowledgeable about the topic and delivered the information in a way which was both fun and easy to understand and was very happy to answer any questions or give further assistance when it was needed. With regards to measures for Covid-19 such as social distancing and cleaning the course couldn't have been better. Upon entering the building Ricky took everyone's temperature and provided each person with a facemask. Seats were well spaced out and tissues and hand sanitiser were provided at every desk. The practical training was delivered in a very hygenic way and I felt very safe throughout.
I would highly recommend Direct Training to anyone who requires training or wants to learn something new!

I attended a fantastic Emergency First Aid at Work Course with Ricky recently. The training was very professional, the information was well presented and the theory was clearly demonstrated. I really enjoyed the whole day and Ricky made the course fun to learn too. I feel much more confident should I ever need to use it. Thank you Ricky.

Attended Direct Training in December for a First Aid at Work course. The 3 day course run by Ricky was great. His charismatic and enthusiastic approach coupled with his years of knowledge kept everybody fully engaged throughout. We currently send all our staff to Direct Training and will continue to do so in the future. Thanks again to Ricky and Direct Training.
