Gutted beyond words and a complete disaster! I had false eyelashes put in a week ago by Lorna. After 4 days clumps fell out despite following the aftercare instructions. However, not only did the false eyelashes come out but also my own eyelashes and now my eye lids hurt! I am now left with a few false eyelashes and none of my own! I can't go out and am crying! Surely this is not suppose to happen!!

I had a Groupon voucher of wash, cut, blow dry and deep conditioning in this saloon, the experience was awful, the girl who had me was not friendly and welcoming at all. She did not bother to ask me how I wanted to cut my hair and did not even bother to ask if I'm happy with my haircut before she started to dry it. She did not show any effort to initiate a friendly chat and the whole appointment went in silence.
