I have been coming to LPID for a few years now, this practice is really top class. I had implant surgery with Dr Holmes and it genuinely is the best dental care I've received, including thorough consultations, transparency in pricing, attention to detail, and aftercare. Dr Holmes is friendly, attentive and passionate about his work. Monica is a great hygienist and I feel confident I'm in good hands there. Everyone at the practice is very friendly and Gerlin always makes you feel very welcome.

I've been seeing Dr Holmes to correct dental implants that were done badly by another practice. His knowledge and expertise is very apparent. Both David and Leticia are true professionals and show pride and enthusiasm in their work. I also feel very safe in terms of COVID hygiene. Everyone greets you with a smile and I feel in safe hands and never rushed out of the practice. Looking forward to seeing the end result!

Wow!!!!! ???????????? Dr Casanova ????
I am speechless ???? yesterday I had my first Periodontal Treatment (Periodontal Scaling and Root Planing) that lasted 1.5 hour (half mouth). I was extremely worried because of my two moving teeth as Dr Casanova had to arrive right to the bones, but I didn’t feel anything at all during the treatment (under local anaesthetic), but my main worry was the pain that I could have felt a few hours after the anaesthesia. What can I say, I am just over the moon, Dr Casanova gave me some pain killers and anti inflammatories, since the treatment that I had yesterday morning until now PAIN PERCENTAGE 0%, yes NO PAIN ????????, I didn’t take painkillers at all apart of the one that Dr Casanova gave me straight after the
treatment (Paracetamol and Ibuprofen)????. Now I am feeling very positive and relaxed about my 2nd treatment ????. I will keep you posted on my treatment results ????

Dr Casanova is very caring and very professional, she gave me some good hopes regarding my two moving teeth, hopefully with her periodontal treatment will fix me up ???????????? I will write another review when the treatment is over to let you know how my final score, hopefully with another five star ????????

I cannot thank enough all the staff from LPID for the fantastic treatment I received. They have top-notch professionals which walked me through all the steps and rationale for each (eg adjustment of my night guard, hygiene). To me, as I didn’t have much time, it was important to be efficient and they totally accommodated everything into my available time slot. THANKS!!!!

I am a nervous patient that required a lengthy plan of complicated, challenging treatment. After attending previous consultations with top implant surgeons my gut feeling was telling me not to commit.

Overall experience is below average. Staff are good but It is over priced. The initial Periodontal consultation cost £180 and treatment cost £350 per quadrant, they will ask you to do two or three section if not four for the cost £1400 which is way too expansive by any scale. So simply know before you commit your £180 consultation fee that treatment is not reasonable.

I would highly recommend Dr Casanova for periodontal work. I went to see her for alloderm gum grafts and was very impressed by the care and attention she gave. She has a precise and delicate hand, meaning that the recovery was swift and the results so far are excellent. If ever I have need of periodontal work again, I will be trusting Dr Casanova.

I'm a squeamish dental patient with sensitive teeth who arrives at a dentist and hygienist anticipating sharp shooting pains at every turn. This has not been my experience at London Periodontics. Dentist David Holme is very understanding, accommodating with state of the art equipment operating with a gentle hand as is hygienist Monica who successfully cleaned my teeth pain free. I can't recommend either of them high enough. I've no reason to look elsewhere for dental care.

It's quite daunting to look online for a periodic clinic in London but I had the luck of choosing LPID and come into contact with Dr. Casanova and her team. She is incredibly competent and not only did she address my condition but she also educated me in terms of my problems and empowered me to take control of my dental health. Since then, I am happy to be another of her regular patients, whenever necessary.
I thoroughly recommend LPID and Dr. Casanova, without a shadow of a doubt.

Dr Holmes had come highly recommended to me as the most skilled implantologist in the UK, and he didn't disappoint - the treatment I received was outstanding. The implant surgery was professional and painless, and Dr Holmes worked with remarkable attention to detail in order to preserve my original gum line (I had knocked out a front tooth), and to create a realistic replacement. Mr Holmes-rude-unhelpful-arrogant man. Dental plan promised to me upon initial phone call - inquiry into Mr Holmes service by the receptionist £180 cost. I was advised that my teeth were not good and I needed new ones! This is true. My dental plan was not given to me during the appt, or sent to me following the appt. Subsequently, I called the surgery to inquire when I would receive my plan. In spite of his rudeness, I had spent £180 and expected my dental plan. I was advised to come to the surgery again. This I did, whereby during the five minute stay, Mr Holmes repeated the comment, my teeth were not good and informed me that to provide me with a dental plan all of my crowns would need to be removed (at a large cost) to assess the situation. I was mislead. This is duplicitous selling. I should not have been advised that a dental plan would accompany the initial appt if this was not the case or company policy. Very bad experience. Mr Holmes continued to be rude and talk down to me during my second visit to his surgery. If you are a woman do not venture to that abode. If you are a man, be prepared to assert yourself in to this man, it will be required.

Excellent Practice. I live in the Middle East, but I make the journey to LPID for the friendly welcoming environment and first class professional treatment - with a personal and accommodating approach to patients. Consultation was an honest and realistic appraisal of treatment options and results achievable. Procedure was carried out using the latest techniques in a relaxed, unrushed and professional manner. My post-treatment care from the team went above and beyond expectation. I am very happy with the final result and enjoying my healthy, restored gums. Choosing the right clinic can be daunting and confusing, but I'm confident I couldn't have received better treatment anywhere else. Thanks to Dr Leticia and the LPID team.
