Had my hair done multiple times now by Yasmin, both low lights and cutting and never been disappointed. I’m very particular about what I like and want and have got what I asked for every time. Would recommend both this stylist and the salon as a whole, 10/10 x

Yasmin is the best hairdresser I ve ever seen :)
She's explained everything, when I was saying that I can't understand because English is not my first language she was saying everything one more time.
My hair is amazing now :)
Professional and clean place, music in background can relax a lot also.

I did my hair a few days ago from here. The place is very neat and clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They even had a small play area to entertain the kids. My stylist Alex was really nice and friendly. She put me at ease and explained everything well. She did a haircut and balyage on my hair and I love it. Thank you Alex Will definitely go back next time.

I would give -1 if I could! I’ve booked a full head highlights/balayage and I had my hair done by Yasmin. She totally lacks technique, I’ve showed a picture with baby lights as my hair was mostly natural colour and I’ve ended up with big chunks of randomly bleached hair which look terrible. My hair looks like I’ve had it done at home and not in a professional hair salon.
I’ve contacted the manager and the only thing she could tell me was she is sorry I felt this way (my darling, I have paid with money and ‘sorry’ does not really help) and she offered me several times to come back to have my hair fixed there again, but having this experience, how could I ever trust tour services and go back there?!
After 3 weeks I went to another hair salon and she was shocked when she started to section my hair because at the back (where I could not see) was mostly untouched by the colour, my hair was coloured only on the surface but not on the underneath! And I have been charged for a full head!
I will go further and place some formal complaints as they have fooled me and they should have the minimum decency to refund the money I have paid for this joke!

I have been coming here for quite a long time and must say I have found the best hairdresser ????rather than just picking up the scissors and cutting/styling your hair she asks for your input on how you want the style/colour which I think is good. My hair is in its best condition now and she is excellent when it comes to colouring. I have tried a new colour and have had many compliments from strangers in the street. Thanks a million Natalie from your no 1 fan ????

No stars but I can't post without allocating one!!!!. I was given a really bad haircut. When I went to get it corrected, the Deputy Manager, asked me, after I had explained what was wrong and what I wanted questions about how to cut the hair. This is not my domain. No apology whatsoever for the bad job! . Then when I said I was losing confidence in her, said she would not cut my hair, was confrontational, and accused me among the things of saying she wasn't qualified (I didn't). Bad attitude, bad bad bad service. I have been going here since their inception. but after the new management took over the place has been going downhill fast. Used to be crowded all the time, and now not so even on Saturdays when I normally visit. All good stylists leave!!. My last visit here for sure.

The whole experience was nothing less than professional. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and on top of that I left with fabulous hair! Highly recommended.

The worst haircut ever. She not only messed up my hair but she never admits she did anything wrong. She had a nasty attitude when I come back and asked to fix my hair, she made ever worse and more uneven, Look like she done this in purpose. So unprofessional !!!!!!
I will never come back to that place. My haircut is really bad and I will advise others do not to go to Paul Falltrick Hairdressing!!!
