I’ve just completed the 7 week Accredited Sunday School at Miki Makeup. I would thoroughly recommend the course, I have learnt so much (and bought SO much make up since!) and the girls were so lovely. They were always happy to help and give advice wherever needed. I also felt like I could ask any questions I needed to which is fab! Thank you again girls ???? xxx

I completed my 4 day universal fast track last week it was amazing! I went in as a total beginner and now I have so much confidence with doing makeup on myself and other people. I did a 5 day course at Miki Makeup & Co at the beginning of this month and have to say the overall service they provide is outstanding, from the very first email I knew I had chosen the right place to train. I got chance to work with all the tutors and every single one of them made me feel comfortable and at ease and they had all the time in the world for me.. such down to earth girls with a real passion for what they do, I was devastated on my last day. Keep up the fantastic work Kimberly and the rest of the team. I would recommend to anyone and will definitely be returning!

From the second I walked into the doors of Miki & Co, they treated me like a friend as well as a client whilst still keeping their high professional standards.. that’s what you want when you go to get taught make-up/ have make-up done. I have been to various other work place environments where treatment like this wasn’t the case... I’ve never felt so comfortable and relaxed somewhere like I did here. I also got taught so much more than I have in previous places, and the patience the staff have is amazing, you come out of the doors knowing so much more than when you walked in, and that’s when you know it’s a successful business they are running ! Thank you to each one of you ! X

Kim at MIKI is a very talented makeup artist. She’s polite and friendly and supportive of other industry professionals. Having dealt with Kim for business reasons, I have loved working with her and felt that the services she offered my business were professional, efficient and I was very pleased with the end product. Went on a trip to Manchester for an event with my boyfriend and had the pleasure of getting my makeup done in this salon, the staff were lovely and so professional and Eliza helped me to pick a look that would best suit my features and she did my makeup gorgeous! As well as this the staff were kind enough to suggest the best places for food and drinks in the area as I was unfamiliar with the area.Highly recommend this salon for its staff and its work as the makeup is done beautifully!

I came for a prom package, makeup by Kim and hair by Katy. The 2 hour drive to Miki Makeup Co for this package was worth it as the staff were very friendly, attentive and the quality of their work was amazing!
The salon itself is soooo pretty and I knew I had chosen the right place as soon as I stepped in❤️ My hair stayed in all night once I took the pins from my curls out and my makeup stayed on all day/night. Kimberley asked to see my prom dress and she decided what colours would look best and she did the best job EVER!! I was over the moon with what she had done and was gutted about wiping it off ???? I will most definitely be coming back if I ever need my hair/makeup doing again and will 110% recommend this place to close family and friends.

From the minute I walked i walked in I was made to feel at ease by the receptionist. Staff were lovely too . If I’m honest I don’t feel like I walked away with anything from this course, I would still recommend but not for 2 days if your only starting out in make up. The major down fall was the model I was practicing on the first day as she seemed never to be off the phone I often had to wait for her to stop doing what she was doing on it so I could carry on with practicing with the make up , I just thought this was very rude

Had my lashes done for the first time by Rebecca on Saturday. She made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything. I absolutely love my eyelashes! She did them exactly how I want them - definitely recommend!
Had my make up done here a few times aswell and it’s always amazing. Lasts for hours!

I visited Miki to have my lashes done by Rebecca and I absolutely love them! Rebecca made me feel so at ease with how friendly and professional she is. She listened to exactly what kind of look I wanted and after having my lashes done previously by other artists, Rebecca’s set is by far my favourite and also looks better than any other set I’ve had! I’m so glad I booked in and I wouldn’t hesitate at all in recommending her ????

I attended the Miki Mornings course which catered to people of all skill sets and was a really fun course to do. It was such good value for money as well and the fact that it was split into 2 payments made it nice and easy to budget for. Annie was the tutor and she was so lovely, encouraging us to ask questions and to help us all with anything that we were struggling with as muas or wannabe muas. When we were recreating our looks on our models she was there to help if we needed it but encouraged us to be brave and try it ourselves. It was good that we were free to be creative with it but that there was a steady hand to assist if we wanted. I loved my finished look and felt as though I learnt so much in those few hours. The Miki girls are all fab and very smiley and welcoming. I can’t wait to book on again soon and come back!

Would like to say what a great experience I had with miki makeup completely disagree with the previous review I had my makeup done by Kimberly for parklife I shown her a picture of what I would like and she did exactly that she was polite all the way through asking questions which suited my preferences and at the end asked if their was anything I would like to change (there wasn't I loved it and it stayed on all day) the receptionist was also very nice and the rest of the team when booking my makeup I made some changes and they made sure all these was done properly will definely be coming back! x

I visited Miki Makeup to have my lashes done with Rebecca @byrebecca_s. Rebecca was warm and friendly and she really took the time to listen to how I wanted my lashes to look; therefore creating the perfect set of individual lashes for me. Rebecca provided guidance on how to best look after them so they are still looking great now after 9 days in Ibiza. I’d highly recommend Rebecca and will be returning soon to have my lashes infilled. Had a prom package at miki makeup co, hair by Katy and makeup by Kim. first of all the salon was beautiful and we were welcomed by lovely staff at miki. My hair was simple pin curls but she made sure it was perfect. My makeup by Kim was AMAZING, I actually didn’t want to take it off. Even my parents say a lot of makeup can look bad or too much but they loved my makeup as much as I did and even my dad said my makeup looked amazing (not something dads can usually tell between if it’s good or bad????) and the trip from Chester to Manchester was worth it. The makeup stayed on all night (even till very early hours of morning) compliments allllll night constantly asking where I had my makeup done.I could not recommend more. Amazing hair amazing makeup and also lovely lovely people!! ????????????100% worth the money and I couldn’t of chose a better place to get glammed for my prom!

My daughter had prom makeup done... expensive at £55......she didn't even get the full hour!!!!
The girl Kimberly who did it had a makeup brush in one hand ( doing my daughters makeup ) and a phone in the other, answering calls very rude and ignorant... totally unprofesional....
Had to wipe everything off and get the makeup done again ( at more expense) as she looked orange, not the right shade at all, she didn't use a primer, wrong eyeshadow etc etc the list goes on.....she looked 25 going to a nightclub not at all like a 16 year old girl going to prom....
I paid and didn't say anything as we both justcwanted to get out of there, will never go back and never reccomend Miki to anyone.....

Just amaizing. Had my makeup done here and literally never felt so comfertable and welcomed. From the minute I emailed to book my appointment to when I left the level of service I recieved was second to none. Never been to an appointment somewhere and felt so comfertable. My lashes are always flawless, last really well & keep my own lashes healthy. Rebecca is amazing at switching up the style of lashes too to suit you & the look your going for. Super Friendly & Professional, the best eyelash tech in Manchester. I couldn't recommend highly enough!
The Salon is beautiful, ideally located central manchester & the other girls are lovely too.

I have been getting my lashes done by Rebecca (@byrebecca_s- instagram) at MIKI Makeup for a few months now and i can definitely can say i will not be going elsewhere. The lash quality is amazing and they last so long, rebecca makes extra effort to accommedate your appointments and you lash needs.!
She has continuoulsy helped and advised me on how to keep my own eyelashes healthy throughtout wearing my extensions, very versatile at changing styles, friendly and very professional.
Would recommend anyone looking for a lash-transformation to give this girl a call : )

Very disappointed with the service Kim produced Cakey instagram makeup that looked awful in person! How can they get away with this I want my money back
Disgusting materialistic girls who all work there was talking about what first car I will be getting for Kim then say I DRIVE A BMW ......leith a smug look on her face
