Today was my first visit at Aldo Coppola ever. It was such a nice luxury experience. Antony did great job for my hair. The receptionist was nice and translated for us during the consultation and my hairdresser made sure he understands what exactly I am looking for! Antonio has been amazing to listen to my needs and make a haircut exactly as I wished it to be! He was under great pressure (as I told him he was the first ever in my life to cut my hair apart from my dad, who’s hairdresser in Italy ????) but he made a super job! I am sooo happy with my style! Best hair salon, absolute favorite! I live in Italy so I know the brand quite well, and I was curious to try their services in London, too. I was immediately impressed by the location, which is huge, on two floors, and by the courtesy of the staff. I booked a treatment and a blow-dry, which was provided by Domenico, who really outdid my expectations. He understood perfectly my requirements even without having to explain anything, which means that he really is a professional. Excellent service, great Italian quality, I will definitely be back when visiting London the next time. Thank You!!

I have come to this salon twice, 8 months apart, and both times I left the salon with amazing looking/feeling hair. However, the first time I went I specifically asked for a mud treatment and just a cut with no blow wave with a senior stylist. After the cut, a stylist (not senior) blow waved my hair without informing me about his level of expertise or the cost. I was also provided with a branded bottle of water after asking for complimentary. I was charged for the dry and water and after arguing the excess charges, the salon agreed to add £67 to my account which was confirmed in email. On my second visit, I wanted just a cut by a senior stylist and this was confirmed. When the stylist was finished with cutting my hair, and the hair dryer came out, I specifically said I did not want a blow wave, just let it dry. She agreed and proceeded to rough dry my hair, styling the front quickly. No information was given about extra charges. When I went to pay what I thought would be £15, I was told the total was £117 - I was being charged for the senior stylist cut (£82) and a "senior stylist combing". I was also told the £67 was just for a treatment. I had to show the original email to be able to use the £67 and ended up paying the extra £35 because I was too tired to try and argue it out. If you go to this salon, please enquire about every single thing they do or offer as they will try and charge you for anything.

I loved this hair salon. Highly experienced masters, hair rejuvenating treatments, beautiful natural hair colours and the perfect cut for me. Domenico @ Coppola London is by far the best hair stylist I’ve met in a long quest for “ good hair”. He is professional, polite and with an instinct for beauty, harmony, balance. He listens patiently to your concerns and will take you to your objective without trauma, although he is a perfectionist and will not leave you unless he thinks he has achieved his very best. Aldo Coppola is an amazing salon, they offer wonderful blow dries and hairs cuts as well as top of the art luxurious service. I highly recommend Domenico, who is the my go to hairdresser. I booked a day of hair pampering and make-over with Domenico for my mum (wash, treatment, cut, colour, blow dry). Domenico not only provided the most amazing make-over, but my mum came out glowing and uplifted. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Always great service from the friendly team of Aldo Coppola London. I have been their customer the past 5 years and never had a reason to complain. My hair look healthy and I get many compliments about the colour. I enjoy my visits to their salon- nice atmosphere, coffee is good, the team is welcoming and the service is superb. It is not cheap but it’s worth it due to the quality and consistency of their work and natural products they use.

I visited the salon today after having an awful experience the previous day at another salon. Eleonora was lovely from the start reassuring me that it could be correct and spent a lot of time ensuring the cut was perfect. Elan, Very good hair stylist and absolutely she knows what she is doing. She is a good listener and she create something unique and special all the time but she is very cool because always speak a lot with the client and discuss about the cut that the client want and she explain what is appropriate for your face shape and personality. I am grateful that I found Elena because she has a good soul and energy and make my visit in the salon always special . I really like also Domenico and Giovanni they are amazing and very caring! Giovanni the best person with magic hands for a perfect shampoo and Domenico absolutely cool as he dry my hair I was really impressed and I loved the feeling. If you want good quality and make your haircut special and cuddle yourself ask about this amazing people and professionals.

I have been getting the LPG treatment at this salon for about 8 weeks now and I could not recommend the salon or the beauty therapist Asta more. The treatment is for overall body health with the added benefits of skin firming as well as cellulite and fat loss. Not only am I seeing amazing results, but Asta is also very professional; explains everything to me clearly and answers all of my questions. She’s very polite and knowledgeable about what she is doing so once again I highly recommend you try this salon and this treatment.

They just don’t care about the client , I am a client from this place for about 3 years ... If I i cancel at same day they charge me 100% however if they cancel in same day they even care to call you you give to you any complementary service as an apology.
Laser treatments is around a 700£ and they just treat you as if your money is not worth ....
That is why this place will close soon .... is all the time changing professionals....

I went to Aldo Coppola Hair Salon in Sloane Avenue on a very busy Friday afternoon. Nevertheless I’ve been very well looked after by Micheal and Emanuele! I had Coppola’s famous and natural henna colour treatment and a blow dry. The treatment is long but completely worthwhile, my hair haven’t looked so healthy and shiny in ages! Also it has been three days and my wavy blow dry is still almost intact! I couldn’t recommend Coppola Hair Salon more.

Actually, it was off the charts. Five stars is not enough. I came to Aldo Coppola as a client with hair and skin that were highly reactive to standard dyes. As a consequence of needing colour as it was not greying in any uniform or elegant manner, my hair endured countless experiments over two years in various salons, as did the hairdressers who found me hard to please and irritable - not just in terms of my skin. Aldo Coppola was recommended to me by a trusted friend. Admittedly, it took a few sessions to build up the right tone but they were patient, polite and very professional throughout and eventually they found one so close to my long-gone real colour that it could not have looked more natural. Also, my skin is calm and my hair has thickened and become more dense without the toxic products. I do have my favourites through, and I think it's important to build a rapport with one of the team who knows you in order to optimise the process. Having reached this point, I feel warmly welcomed and exceptionally well looked after by Federico and Rossana. Today my flight into London was delayed and I arrived 1 hour late, 2 hours before closing for a 3-hour treatment. Well, they didn't rush it and stayed late. The result is great. It is without question a worthwhile investment to switch to natural colouring products and there is no better place than Aldo Coppola for that. Grazie!
