Top Talons Nail & Beauty Training School

A fantastic training school offering a wide range of nail and beauty courses with the added bonus of being properly accredited. The premises are amazing and I found all the trainers to be both knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend.

Absolutely loved my Hopi Ear Candling Course, very informative, payed deposit over phone and rest of the money in cash after finishing the course, received certificate and reciept. Booked to go on Indian Head Massage course, brilliant course again very informative and the tutors are great, payed full price quoted over the phone of £108 perfect no problem, finished course recieved certificate and then after completing the course and recieving my certificate i was told I owed more money, which rung alarm bells for me! Apparently they had made a mistake somewhere. Fair enough people make mistakes but in no way shape or form should you then expect someone else to pay for that mistake!!!! He hounded me ringing me etc; as I was not happy about this at all and he knew I wasn't, but insisted on getting this extra money from me. I actually went to seek a little bit of legal advice on this matter and was told that due to it being a mistake on there internal part I'm in no way obligated to pay this money, I payed the money I was quoted and completed the course along with recieving my certificate, I was told that this is a prime example of very bad buisness! You wouldn't quote someone a price for a service and then ask for more money afterwards! Not good Top Tallons not good! I sincerely hope no other of your clients go through this ordeal. Apart from this ordeal I enjoyed my courses and the tutors are great! But please if you are quoted a price for a course make sure it's the right price and get it in writing if you can, to save you from having to go through what I went through. Unfortunately I shall not be taking any more courses at this college as it has put me off big time!

Did a lash lift and also a brow and lash tint today at Tops Talons, Cheska was an amazing teacher who explained everything clearly, took it step by step so as not to overwhelm, Linda was lovely and allowed me to use her as my demo model for the brow and lash tint and Howard was wonderful, went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed for the day ???? Would definitely reccomend going to Tops Talons for any beauty training you may need. Will be sure to spread the word and will definitely be going back again for my next step, thanks a bunch guys!
