Not only is she both welcoming and professional, which is a hard balance to strike so perfectly, but she will pay attention to your individual needs and desires. The atmosphere provided is so calming and she is a natural at making you feel at ease. I've tried a wide range of treatments and I would highly recommend them all. I've never felt in better hands than with Louise, she is what makes Moonstone Beauty the place to go.

I always go to Louise at Moonstone Beauty for my manicures and pedicures. I find Louise very professional and welcoming. The salon is very cIean with high levels of hygiene. I have never been disappointed with a treatment. Treatments are of a very high standard and prices are very competitive. Strongly recommend!

From head to toe Louise looks after you with expert knowledge and professionalism. From my bridal make up to my first Hollywood wax Louise has treated me with warmth and patience. Wether it be a quick tan or a long-term (non-invasive) facial treatment Louise has the drive and interest to understand what you need. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to sort out my tense back; I go in feeling like rock and come out floating. In a cosy and intimate setting Louise is safe and careful in all that she does. Plus she does vouchers so you can share the love!

Louise provides an extensive range of beauty treatments, I would highly recommend Caci which I have had for 20 years.
Louise is a perfectionist and makes the session pleasant and relaxing she works to a highly professional standard.
I also buy two Caci products Eye revive and Amino lift both are excellent, Louise is a great therapist.

Louise is a lovely and calmin therapist, she patient and fantastic in all areas of her profession, i have been using louise from when she was training at college and have followed her throughout her career as i new this lady was going far.
I wouldn't go to anyone else as her lever of work is second to non shes a total perfectionist.
Shes make you at ease from the off and offers amazing tips and advice, her knowledge is just fantastic and every visit i learn something new.
Highly recommended for all.

Louise is very friendly and caring and her facials are amazing. I love how relaxing the Caci facials are as well as how much better they make my skin look. I suffer with breakouts and fine lines and after having a caci my skin looks more plumped and smoothed. I would highly recommend X

Always have a fab treatment at Moonstone, top to toe really as I have had CACI facials as well as gel pedicures! Louise is really professional but also creates a relaxed atmosphere, you can have a good chat or chill out, it's up to the individual. Attending since lockdown ended I am also happy with the measures put in place to help fight Covid... Temperature checked on arrival, sanitiser available and Louise wore gloves and visor.
