So grateful for the amazing people at Erin's! Preston took such good care of me. I made a decision yesterday to get a bob style cut and I was very nervous and was continuously second guessing if I made the right choice. Preston could tell I had some anxiety and made sure to talk me through it. He takes pride in his work and when he was done, I was so excited to see the finished product. They definitely earned a customer for life!

I had my toe nails done by a first year student,I am not blaming the student I blame the manager for being greedy as they were badly filed and had bits missing on the glitter nail polish and to my amazement I was still charged £28.
I did not complain as it wasn't the student's fault,as she was not getting paid and only on work experience.
I was a regular customer but I went away this time feeling very disappointed ,and will not be returning they clearly don't look after the customer.

Asked for a patch test for a tint. Very allergic to chemicals in eye lash extension but that is what they tested for even though it was on my card and I have had a allergic reaction despite taking it off straight away. This behaviour is negligent.
